A bit of a hike up to the top room, but the airconditioner was keeping the room nice and cool in the hot, humid weather.

If you want to stay within the walled city of Kotor this location is for you. I must admit if you have mobility issues you have to climb some stairs, so be cognizant of that. They do offer to do laundry for you, it cost only 8 euros which was a real treat. There are plenty of places to eat and drink very close by. Kotor is a really nice place to visit.

We had an amazing stay here. The staff have been so helpful and kind with everything. They made us feel so welcome and looked after. Even helped us avoid tack scams! Never been more impressed with hospitality than we have in Montenegro. Best hotel, and best room is definitely the bay room view room!

This is tricky review because loved Kotor and when I met the manager of Antika, once the day after I checked in he was nice and made great suggestions. However on day I checked there was nobody there to welcome me and local restaurant had to call someone to let me in. Although amazing 13th century building there are several steep steps to apartment. Also on last day had no electricity to my room, which was challenging as little natural light in my room. Did enjoy my stay overall but not problem free and generally nobody around to tell any issues to.

Overall I liked it and would stay again. Beds were pretty uncomfortable and it was loud outside but the hotel can’t control the noise. AC and WiFi worked great. Also the location was perfect and the staff is the absolute best, so accommodating helpful and friendly!!

What a delightful guest house! Easy to find in the heart of the charming old city, really well located, in the midst of restaurants, shops and bars, and a short walk to the seafront. The manager Boban was so kind and helpful, especially with use of the kitchen, and telling me the best places to visit. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and lovely modern bathroom. Hope to return for a longer stay.

No recomiendo para nada este lugar. Hice la reserva directamente con ellos, grave error. Primero quisieron cobrarme más caro que Booking, cuando se los dije, me ajustaron el precio pero alegando que booking tenía un error 🙄. Una semana antes de mi llegada, les mandé un correo confirmando la reserva. Me dijeron que estaba ok. Finalmente cuando llegamos a Kotor, nos recibió el recepcionista y nos acompañó a un callejón de mala muerte, lleno de olor a podrido, donde había una escalera ínfima que supuestamente llevaba a un departamento donde ellos pensaron “que yo me sentiría más cómoda”. Imagínense, habiendo reservado una habitación deluxe, teniendo cochecito y una hija pequeña, por qué demonios me sentiría más cómoda allí?!? Lo que pasó seguramente es que yo hice la reserva con ellos y no dieron de baja la habitación en booking, entonces se les han superpuesto. Me mandaron a mi a esa pocilga del averno. Son unos delincuentes. Tuve que quedarme allí porque no tenía otra opción pese a que busqué y pregunté por la old town. Me hicieron un descuento pero no bastó para compensar el mal rato y la pésima estadía que tuvimos en la hermosa Kotor. Ojalá el karma se encargue de esta gente y lugar horrible. Pd: de noche no tenía NI UNA luz esa escalera de la muerte, agradezco que será la ciudad de Los Gatos porque de otra manera, estaría lleno de ratas. Pd2: el Segundo día mandaron a alguien a arreglar el inodoro, no solo no avisaron y el tipo se metió mientras estábamos nosotros, sino que dejó todo sucio, nos dejó sin papel higiénico y nadie vino a solucionarlo.

Posizione eccellente (area pedonale in pieno centro) però difficile da raggiungere e scomoda per via di scale impervie soprattutto se ci sono valige. Ad onor di verità la ragazza della reception gentilissima si è offerta di aiutarci a portarle. Le reception si divide a metà con un negozietto di souvenir e se siete sfortunati (come me) tocca aspettare che vengano serviti i clienti per fare il check in. Le camere sono molto piccole e da un lato del letto manca il comodino e la presa elettrica. Il bagno è molto piccolo e con una ventola rumorosa. Il costo eccessivo per la qualità della struttura.
