這是真正的Safari。有住帳篷的感受，又舒適、又衛生、又安全。每餐飯都是精心炮製的fine dining 。服務人員除了專業外，還十分用心。令你有真正賓至如歸的感覺。去了那麼多地方Safari，這是最最難忘的一次。要來住最少要三個晚上才可以享受真正肯尼亞原野的Safari感受。

Cannot think of a single thing to improve. Intrepids have thought about every detail! Shillah is the best server! We laughed and were so well taken care of. The team goes above and beyond, anticipating your needs. The turn down service, adjusting the tent windows throughout the day, the hot water bottle to warm the bed and the morning wake up with coffee brought to your tent were wonderful details.

We were treated like queens. The tent was luxury and well equipped. We had the mosquito net drawn while we were at dinner, but there were no mosquitoes. We found the hot water bottle tucked into our bed for comfort in the cool evening air with the option of opening your tent flap and having just the netting. Wake up calls with coffee or tea brought to the tent was another option. All fabulous for us!

The entire stay was excellent. No faults at all (apart from the Leopard who never came out to play!). The camp is very comfortable , the tents were superb and the staff were very very friendly and helpful. Our guide (Dennis) was excellent, patient, considerate and very knowledgeable. The restaurant food was very nice, lunch buffet was good and the chef was very friendly. Our waitress was Shelagh who was very caring and took the one allergy in our group very seriously. We had a superb stay and would highly recommend the camp.

Excellent service. Everyone is so active and happy to help when needed. The servers Shilla, Ngala, Joshua and Masila are friendly, always smiling and delivering top service. I requested for juice to be made in a particular taste and Sylvester exceeded my expectations.

Wonderful family-friendly experience from arrival to departure. Paul is an engaging and knowledgeable guide to Masai Mara and the first to find unique and close-up wildlife views. Daisy, Maggie, Tony, Duncan warmly welcomed us and provided caring support throughout our stay. The chef prepares amazing full course meals and Lawrence and Ngalay provided excellent advice and support for ordering. Morning wake ups with coffee and hot water bottles With turndown service were just a few of the extras that made for a ten-star stay. We highly recommend Mara Intrepids and hope to return for a repeat visit.

Everything was great, the tent was beautiful and clean, the food was very nice, the waiter "Ngala" was very helpful and the chef was so friendly, the game drives was the best thing out there, we saw 4 out of the big 5 however our driver was just ok.. The only thing that was very disappointing that they refused to let the game drive car to drive us to the park gate as we were traveling by car not plane so we ended up renting a car twice one from the gate to the hotel and vice versa.

Mara Intrepids was the absolute high point of my trip. Their facilities and customer service is beyond 5 stars. We had an AMAZING guide who provided an exciting and education experience. The camp is just stunning, the food excellent, and the the staff in particular made me feel genuinely welcome and safe. I'm especially grateful to the manager who was able to help me work out a difficult travel snag. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave! Thank you Mara Intrepids! I'll always remember your bird songs.

A wonderful setting for our safari. Food was great and plentiful. We were well fed. The tent was excellent, very comfortable. Small additions and attention to detail really elevated our experience. The wake-up calls with a hot drink and cookies and turn down service with hot water bottles for example. Duncan at check in was excellent and extremely welcoming, Paul on security was also very welcoming and diligent, Ken at the bar makes great cocktails. The service from Joshua, Gala and M was also excellent at every meal time. Geoffrey was excellent also. Its a small camp and feels very personal and warm. Staff members remember your name and preferences and are very fun when serving. Our tent attendant Tiller was also excellent and very diligent. Thank you so so much for a wonderful stay to all staff! We will definitely be back ! Highly reccomend Gemma and Stephen
