Resepsiyon o kadar zayıftı ki, oraya vardığımız andan itibaren borç içinde yaşadığımızı hissettik, parmak arası terlik istemek zorunda kaldık. Nevresim ve havlular çok eski Ancak kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve çok iyiydi başka bir otele geçtik bcz mmm tüm yol boyunca olumsuz hisler

Overall is good. We went for songkran festival, hotel prepare the big tank outside for us to play with water gun fight. Only the f&b needed to improve, f&b staff is not friendly. The indoor area was full so i decided to go for outdoor to hv my breakfast, but when i try to get in from outdoor, they have locked the side sliding door. F&B please train ur staff on managing crowd, not many table to serve but they was not organised.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall, but there were certainly a few issues upon our arrival at the hotel. Despite Trip.com stating a 10 am check-in time, the hotel staff informed us that check-in was at two o'clock. This discrepancy would have been manageable had it not been for the conflicting information online, which led us to arrive early. When I showed the receptionist the 10 o'clock check-in time, she was rather brusque and insisted that it was incorrect, stating firmly that check-in was indeed at two o'clock. I explained our situation, but she seemed uninterested. Fortunately, I spoke with a male manager who was more understanding and assured us that he would have the room ready within approximately 45 minutes, which he did – a great relief. However, we encountered a couple of other issues during our stay. On the second or third day, there was maintenance work on the ceiling water pipe in the corridor outside our room, resulting in no water available for the afternoon. At one point, the pipe burst, causing water to flood down the entire corridor, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, on the morning of our departure, the hotel cut off the electricity from 10 am until 1 pm, meaning we had to endure a cold shower. When I inquired about these inconveniences, the staff were not particularly apologetic, simply stating that this was the hotel's policy. Overall, it's a lovely location and a nice hotel, but our experience was marred by these incidents.

Nice big room and ocean view in the deluxe level 4. Friendly staff, great location and pool

Stay for one night. Easy access to walking street and beach. Plenty of restaurants. Cafe amazon and 7 E just below the hotel. We booked the pool access room. My son loves it so much. Friendly staff got private parking for guests. Worth my money.

Ao nang beach is just 500 m distance. But no room service available. No option for complimentary cake or even a chargeable cake is not an option for any special occasion. Even after booking a room with a double bed, we were given two single beds joined together. What made it more inconvenient was that two separate blankets were provided for a double bed.

The hotel was cleaning and the locations was prefect. Just out side the hotel you had a international clinc and all kinds of shops and restaurants. The beach is about a 10 minute walk with small kid however you have so much to look at it didn't seem to ve a problem. The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help . I do belive our friends received a fruit bowel to there room but we didn't, I think this happened as we arrived at night. The pool area is very nice to spend the day with nice loungers you can be in the shade or in the sun. They have a bar and food by the pool closing around 5pm. The beach has the most beautiful sunset around 6pm and usually showing a fire show that the kids enjoyed. I recomand this hotel 🏨 From here you can catch a tailboat to Reilly beach for only 200 each person both ways. And I recomande going to PhiPhi Island it was breath taken.
