Great location, spacious one bed apartment (said 2 bed) but it’s two single beds in the living room. But this was better as it’s beds and not a sofa bed. Clean, comes with some essentials coffee, shower gel, toilet roll. Perfect if you’ve just gone for a weekend with hand luggage. There’s a Kosha restaurant on the ground floor, there needs to be a sign on the wall telling guests to go straight to the roof top bar to check in. Walking distance to lovely restaurants in the Jewish quarter, tram but only about 30 minutes to the main square. A bolt from the airport was only 60zlt (£12) arriving and it was less when we left in the morning.

Awesome location, close and walkable distance to all the attractions, overlooking the river. Beautiful place.

When you arrive do not let the exterior and ground floor put you off as this is a restaurant and the kitchen entrance is near the lift. Very nice apartments, excellent value for money, nice views showing castle and the other side the river. Comfy beds and a very nice powerful shower. The receptionist was very polite and the bar was had a very pleasant atmosphere and cheap with a round for 4 costing just over a tenner! Also has rooftop views Quite a way away from bars and clubs in the main square, about a 25 min walk or download the bolt app (same as Uber really) and can use scooters or taxi. Taxi works out about £3 so not bad at all. There’s a 24hr carreflour shop over the bridge about 5 min walk to get amenities

Tiles on bathroom and kitchen floor badly cracked and loose, very dangerous to walk on. The bathroom door had been forced and badly repaired. Beds are really uncomfortable and also small. Quilts and pillows are cheap and poor quality. WiFi didn’t work for 2 days. Work starts outside at 630 am drilling and banging and the bar and other rooms were noisy until the early hours. I reported the tiles but nothing was done. Note. The building looks like it’s in a war zone it’s ugly dirty and has not been maintained. There is a kocher restaurant on the ground floor which you have to pass to get to the lift

We has an appartment which was big enough for 7 persons. It was clean and looked good. The location is good, walking distance to both the hip and happenming Jewish Quarter and the also to the old town. Very good value for money, it is not expensive and decent. The only downside was the smell from the catering on the ground floor. In the whole building the hallways/stairways smelled like eggs, It was a terrible smell, buy Holiday Suites can not do anything about it, being a different company than the caterer,

Manager awful. Worst place ever

Siamo arrivati la mattina presto e sinceramente la vista dell’esterno e dell’ambiente circostante ci ha lasciati un po’ delusi, una volta entrati le cose non sono andate meglio, l’ingresso e le scale tetre è poco pulite. Poi però abbiamo visto gli appartamenti e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Belli, luminosi ampi e puliti, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Una volta riusciti in strada la zona si era animante e ci siamo resi conto di essere anche in una discreta posizione. Il quartiere ebraico a 10 minuti a piedi, il centro a circa 20/25 minuti, la Vistola a vista. Una pecca la mancanza del servizio colazione. Il bar/roof reception al 6 piano molto particolare, sia per l’arredo che per i frequentatori, tuttavia carino.

Tengo 55 años y llevo viajando toda la vida, es la primera vez que me pasa algo parecido. El pasado 13 de agosto reservé este apartamento para cuatro personas y dos noches (del 15 al 17 de septiembre), pague 170€. Ese mismo día me confirmaron la reserva y me puse en contacto con el propietario para preguntarle sobre el número de habitaciones, contestándome el mismo día. El mes pasado me puse de nuevo en contacto con el propietario para preguntarle si había aparcamiento cerca del apartamento y me contestó al día siguiente. Cuando llegamos a Cracovia el pasado 15 de septiembre le envié otro mensaje comunicándole la hora de llegada, pero en esta ocasión no me contestó. Cuando llegamos al apartamento le envié otro mensaje diciéndole que habíamos llegado y tampoco me contestó. Cuando por fin conseguimos localizar al propietario nos dice que NO TENEMOS APARTAMENTO, que el día antes había entrado otra familia y que no teníamos donde quedarnos. INCREÍBLE PERO CIERTO. El propietario culpaba a Airbnb, pero yo con quien hablé en todo momento fue con él y no con Airbnb. Es él quien me tenía que haber comunicado si había algún tipo de problema y no esperar a que llegásemos para decírnoslo.
