Хороший отель на окраине Кракова. 10 минут пешком до станции поездов, откуда 7 минут до аэропорта. В номере была вода, чайник, чай и кофе. Рядом, через дорогу - Макдональдс.

It was average / poor. If you want basic then it’s ok. The spa wasn’t open when I visited. When I arrived they gave me a key to a room already occupied, then 2 x keys that didn’t work. When I asked for a taxi to be booked they waited till that morning (On a seperate note get an Uber as the taxis are rip offs 4x the price of an Uber but as I had booked I felt I should use out of decency. Apart from that the room was ok, two double beds (I booked a king). The sheets were clean, facilities were clean. And location was ok as it was a 10minute walk from the train station.

Beautiful place, I really reccomend this hotel for everyone who wants to relax, nice, helphul staff. The room was clean and really nice, big comfortable bed. I would like to come back for sure. Logan

Stupid hotel. Wanted to book a stay in Krakow, booked it through *********** , and suddenly plans changed . We cancelled the stay in 10minutes long in advance before the stay, and been refused a whole night charge. So been charged a whole night stay, after cancelling in advance. The cancellation policy obviously wasn’t easy to find and to seek, send them caries emails, and received absolutely nothing. Would I recommend it, absolutely not, only dodgy hotels charge full amount for 0 service.

If I could rate this hotel a 0 I would no facilities open at all rooms dated, bar not stocked up and staff rude! Manager is incompetent and we’re now getting trading standards involved for false advertising as it’s not a 5 star spa hotel it’s a 1 star at the most. We were promised a refund which we didn’t get hence why we’re getting a third party involved don’t make the mistake of booking here! It’s terrible.

Clean nice hotel with beautiful garden.
from hotel is easy to go Krakow centrum not too far a way
Hopeful the spa will work one day because then the hotel would be five stars

The hotel is located near the airport, close to public transport stops, which can quickly get to the center. The rooms are large and clean, the cleaning service is top notch. Very nice staff at the reception and delicious breakfasts.

I highly recommend this place!me and my boyfriend went for an anniversary trip. Upon prior request, we were given a beautifully decorated room and a welcome glass of champagne. Great neighborhood, park and lots of greenery nearby. Delicious breakfasts to a high standard. Plus, friendly service! I am delighted

Perfect place and people. Close to the airport with great transport links to the centre. rooms clean and tidy. Possibility to organise conferences. An excellent garden behind the hotel in which to spend a pleasant time. Lots of greenery all around
