We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amber. It was close to old town the breakfast was wonderful, the gym and steam room were great. When we wanted to book a tour the staff was incredibly quick and it was booked in 15 minutes. I wholeheartedly recommend Amber.

Great friendly staff in a good location# room which i had good size ,unfortunately didn't think much of the furnishing as it made the room darker...

We spent 3 nights at the Amber Boutique hotel. The staff are absolutely brilliant, so helpful from organising taxis to breakfast boxes for our day trip and recommending restaurants. The hotel room was very clean and modern. Location is perfect for shops and restaurants. I will definitely be returning. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel it has everything. 😊

Great place, near to old town and railaway station. Good breakfast ja beautiful rooms. Service was friendly and place was quet to sleep at night.

This is a nice 4 star hotel, with big rooms. I enjoyed my stay, although the breakfast was only average. Special thanks to the front desk staff..they gave me a special rate by booking directly with them, and on Sunday morning they called a taxi for me to the train station, which got me there on time, when all the ubers/bolts were busy due to the marathon.

Good location - 5 minutes from the old town. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfest was good with a big choise of food. We especially enjoyed the sauna on the evening after exploring the city. I recommend this hotel for anyone and will definitely choose it on my next visit to Krakow.

My recent visit in this place was truly outstanding. The staff's warmth and attentivness made my feel right at home. Breakfast was also great in the buffet form so you can choose whatever you'd like. Also they have sauna which is really nice to use after a long day. I will recommend this place.

great breakfast and cozy bed. the room, however, was a bit too dark. i stayed in 301. also more toiletries would be better, like a little toothpaste and hair conditioner. slippers would be good too, since i had to walk barefoot around the room.
