服務有待提升，因為是刷卡，所以在門外等了很久。不過房間還行，就是衞生感覺不是每天打掃。整體很優惠，靠近市中心。

This apartment is in an amazing location. 5 minute walk to the main city square. The staff were helpful & the room had all the amenities you needed. We booked a 2 bed apartment which was perfect for 3 adults. Our room was at the front of the hotel, so my only comment would be that if you like quiet & darkness in order to sleep, then I would recommend taking ear plugs & eye mask, as the hotel is on a busy through road & the blinds are not black out! Having said this, it did not ruin our stay one bit & I would definitely book here again. We did not pay for the breakfast so cannot comment on that. We took the train from the airport to the hotel which was easy to do as it’s well signposted in the airport & you buy your tickets from the platform (ticket to main Krakow station, then select end to end) & took an Uber back to the airport as it was a bank holiday. Both cost less than £20 each way. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We normally stay within Planty park, but decided to stay on the outskirts of it this time. It's just a 10 minute walk to the main square. Right next door to the apartments is a small supermarket that stocks essentials. Our room wasn't ready until after 2pm but we were advised that we could store our luggage in the breakfast room which was lockable. Our apartment had a small, very modern kitchen with everything you need (cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, all plates, cutlery, cups and glasses, a breakfast bar. An iron and ironing board). The living area had a tv, settee, chair and nest of tables. The bathroom was spacious, with large shower area, and even had a washing machine. All rooms were decorated very modernly. There was also a small balcony with table and chairs. The only issue we had (which is why I have given a 4 star), is the window blinds. Only a few worked to give you privacy, the rest were broken or ripped. They also didn't block out any sunlight, which meant as soon as the sun rose, it woke you up as the room was light. Would I stay here again.....yes! For the price we paid, it was definitely worth it

The apartment was decorated really well, modern and old furniture. It was very spacious,clean and had everything you need for self catering. Location brilliant, just turn right out the building and walk straight down to the lights, cross the road and you are in the centre within minutes. Would return, maybe try the apartment with an hot tub next time.

Excellent accommodation friendly receptionist Anna especially nothing to much trouble x Room was spotless everything need for our stay round bed was ver comfortable we even had a washing machine. Situated 5 minutes walk from old town. Shop located right next door.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and everything you need for a pleasant stay in Krakow. The complementary bottle of wine was lovely. Great location, 5 mins from square. Our room had a balcony. The round bed was enormous and very comfortable. Anna in reception was lovely and very helpful. I can't wait to stay here again. 10/10!

Amazingly up to date apartment with the nicest hotel manager. Amazingly placed for all types of travel into the city. Really reasonably priced too. Building works next door woke us up pre 7am on the Monday morning but all weekend it was as quiet as could be. Great apartments for a great city.

Very well located, close to everything in central Krakow, the train station, old town, Kazimierz. We were given a room with garden view which was dark and without a kitchen, not like the pictures on ***********. It was changed to a room with balcony and a kitchen, but without air-conditioning. It was ok, but all rooms were supposed to be with air-conditioning…. Breakfast was ok at best, in a tiny room with horrible chairs. No eggs available. Basic. Friendly service, though and a fabolous location.

The location of the apartment was very close to the old town which was extremely convenient. The prices were very affordable and it was worth the stay. The staff were also very friendly and I would highly recommend.
