We are from Madurai. Horrible experience of staying at this hotel. Badly located and if you travel by car, it is difficult to reach. We took four rooms for three days last week between 19th April evening to 22nd afternnon this year. They charged us Rs.2400/- without breakfast while they actually they are charging other Rs.1,750.- to another customer which includes Brekafast & dinner for the same booking. It is like cheating. Room service is very bad to worse and will never ever stay in this hotel for ever. We paid around totally Rs.23,000/- but actually it should be around Rs.19,000 only. Cheating hotel and never even plan to stay here. When I found out and objected, they promised me to refund but now they never pick up my phone. Kindly avoid this hotel if you are staying with the family. You will never get any service.. No car parking. Only three to four cars can be parked. I made the greatest blunder in choosing this hotel. All the positive reviews about this hotel is surprising. All false reports...

It was a pleasant stay..we stayed for short period..it was situated near highways so it was easy to navigate…quality of breakfast can be improved

Rooms are decent and, food was good and affordable, bathroom can see some improvement, they didn't provide soaps and water or clean rooms daily, food is average.

No restaurant! only room service! the entire hotel is under-staffed. When i reached the reception at 4:00pm, no one was at the reception! i called the mobile number given in my booking voucher and then only the receptionist appeared!
from the room, when i called the room service number, it kept ringing and nobody picked up! i went to the reception and ordered my tea and went back to my room!

My stay at vela n international was comfortable. The hotel has cooperative staff and provides timely and orderly service. The rooms are clean, packaged water is provided and refilled every day. The in-house hotel provides good quality of food, and it wasn't a problem for them to prepare jain meal for us at all. Thank you for your service.

Hotel rooms are normal but no room service they never help for bagage even if u wanna tip them better options on the highway
