This is the worst and dirtyest hotel I've ever experienced. I can't understand here that some give the hotel 5 stars. Normally this hotel doesn't even deserve a star. The carpet was polluted and closed, the lighting was not available in the 4th floor floor, so with the lamp you had to look for the suitable room number and lock. The room was a horror, I wouldn't even let a dog stay there. The whole night was a hair-conditioning on the roof, so it was noisy and you feel like living next to an airport. I built my ears from toilet paper and tried to sleep. With regard to furniture; everything gone down, there are no grips, sticking sheets, on the box the lack leaves off, there are wet floors on the ceiling. The shower masters had ever experienced better times, crazy and blind. You don't believe to touch anything. In the lift you can only hope and pray that he doesn't stay sticked, display doesn't work properly and the frame is roughly roasted to the door. Wifi doesn't work. It's rather a departure than an hotel. I checked out the next day to leave this place as soon as possible. Whoever is worth much of his health should not use the pool. After what I saw there in cleanness, I didn't want to have breakfast there. The only good at the hotel, opposite the street is the sea and a beach.

We stayed a day in this hotel and what to say about customer service !!! Manel at the reception smiling and listening. Madame Saida has ensured that all our needs are met. The swimming pool is large in the surface and deep. The outdoor furnishings are well thought. There is a coffee with a beautiful view of the beach of Monastir. The buffet is different and clearly exceeded my expectations, compared to other internationally recognised hotels. In photo the view I had from the buffet terrace. we had an amazing time staying at the Delphin habib hotel , big shoutout to the animation team ( choco , hassan and Amir in particular) as they made us feel so welcoming and we’re unbelievably friendly . The receptionists and cleaners are also really friendly and helpful , zizou the trip organiser was also very nice to us and made it easy for us to book trips at a reasonably cheap price . The food is very authentic and mediterranean not very good for fussy eaters as they have no plain options like chips and nuggets however the restaurant on site ( the view ) is lovely food for a very good price. The only down side to this hotel is how long you have to wait for beach towels if you do not bring your own but all in all I would definitely recommend staying here if your visiting Tunisia, the hotel rooms are clean , the staff are all kind and welcoming and it is a beautiful country to visit.

Very good hotel - the entertainment team in particular were very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended - food was varied and the facilities were clean and tidy. Room a bit dated but still had everything that we needed. The queue for the pool bar can be slow at times.

Nous avons découvert cet hôtel via des amis habitués (merci à Mehdi et Leila) Un hôtel avec un potentiel incroyable, beaucoup de charme, taille humaine donc très reposant pas énormément de monde et pendant la saison c'est vraiment un plus. L'hôtel est très bien pour les familles il fait bon y vivre, le personnel est à l'écoute très serviable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'espace piscine il y a en pour grand et petit sous la surveillance permanente du maître nageur. Vraiment un hôtel simple minimaliste et qualitatif qui se démarque de ce qu'on peut voir dans le coin J'encourage fortement toute l'équipe de l'hôtel Les Palmiers et nous reviendrons c'est certain. A warm welcome we got with friendly hard working staff . Entertainment was very funny , our first time in tunisia , it was very positive . The shower had no stand so I had to hold when showering not too good the room was clean and tidy. The food had quite a wide range and was very good , the chefs and waiters were all good , the main downfall was lack of tip boxes I travel a lot and I think with a box for tips all staff should get a little extra which is much more fair for kitchen staff and security or animation team , please consider this as it shows customers the owner cares about their staff as I want to tip I now can only tip some staff as their is no other way very disappointing we tip in ireland and everyone gets something at the end of the week !!!

I had an issue with two of my reservations during my stay at Rosa Beach , but Front Office Manager Fadia and Receptionist Saja were incredibly helpful. They resolved the problem quickly and professionally, ensuring my check-in was smooth despite the mix-up. Their outstanding service truly made a difference. Thank you, Fadia and Saja!
