We were refused to be checked in at the price of the reservation, with the condition that we settle at a fee of more than twice the cost of the reservation and moved to another hotel, with conditions worse than this. Personal was good, they tried to do everything in their power to correct the horrific first impression of the process of settling in and communicating with the hotel manager.

booked a suite here and without any explanation the operator canceled the booking just a few days before we were supposed to arrive. When I then re-checked online the same room was available back online at a much higher price. Be very careful booking here as they may not honor, furthermore they are very rude on the phone hanging the line and not supportive.

Fabulous view and larger apartment. Easy check inn and check out. The apartment is literally better than some of the 5 stars hotel we have stayed it. With a great infinity pool and it has the amazing twin tour views behind. The apartment is located in central location where accessing metro, park , twin tour and central market is easy accessible by walk.

It was short break holiday beautiful accommodation nice building, room clean nice nearly new, need some more lounge in the sitting room, one of the room too small, 15 to 20 walk to pavilion, new train station less then 5 min walk,

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 4 notti ed è stata un'esperienza molto positiva. Fin da subito il proprietario o chi gestiva l'appartamento si è dimostrato disponibile e si è fatto trovare al nostro arrivo. La vista dalla camera è meravigliosa, gli ambienti sono pulitissimi e la posizione del grattacielo in cui si trova l'appartamento è in una bella zona tranquilla e a 15 minuti a piedi dalle Petronas Tower. Molto comoda la lavatrice a disposizione. Anche la piscina ha il suo fascino anche se ovviamente è piena di gente che va a farsi le foto.

Скорее всего вы просматриваете эти апартаменты из-за фото из бассейна на крыше. Да. Вид из бассейна именно такой. Для тех кто всё таки решил читать дальше: В моих апартах был свежий ремонт, несколько пустовато и простая мебель - видно что все делалось под сдачу, но это не смутило. Квартира очень просторная. Есть набор пасуды, вода в бутылках, холодильник, стиралка и порошок для неё. Бельё чистое. WiFi хороший. Заезд организован безконтактно. Хозяин классный. Был всегда на связи по whatsapp. В 1й день не успел поменять деньги - не проблема, заплатите завтра. Попросил детскую кроватку - через 10 минут уже принесли. Из недостатков - место на отшибе. По карте вроде центр, а реально вокруг нет ни магазинов, ни кафе, ничего. До ближайшей жизни и остановки метро идти минут 15, но лучше вызывать такси. Я пользовался grab - работает отлично. Бассейн на крыше классный, но может быть загружен. Мне повезло, людей был минимум.
