Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur on the Park

I love everything in this hotel. From the amenities, good quality robes, towel, slippers, shampoo, lotion, conditioner. The room is soo clean and pretty and it smells great. We had a very good and comfortable sleep. The breakfast buffet is fantastic , many options to choose from. You can request your own food, they will cook it for you. When we arrived, we received a towel and refreshing drinks. The hotel is very nicely design, so many beautiful details. The swimming pool is also great and relaxing., not crowded as the other hotels in KL. We arrive early at the hotel and they allow us to check in early. We mentioned it is our late anniversary celebration and they prepare some decoration and cake in the room. Thanks to all the team. Will definitely come back. It is just in front of KL tower. There is a free shuttle bus going up and down to KL tower at the entrance gate of the tower.

This was an exceptionally well designed hotel, with little details that make it unique, like the mancala board embedded in the table, and touches of other traditional motifs and games. The room was clean, comfortable, with an amazing view, and the staff are friendly! Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful from lobby all the way to the room in every aspect. Front desk, security, valet was polite and welcoming. Nice touch of the welcome drink and cake. Then again the cake was not kids friendly flavour too. Coffee i think. However it does not fit a family with young kids profile so well. Just too Many fragile deco and sharp edges. Toilet design were seperate and no laundry hanging line unlike most hotel toilets. Housekeeping staff were very good, prompt and positive. Always seeing them busy working on my level hallway and rooms with a smile. Buffet breakfast was decent but again more on aesthetics and placement rather than variety. Quality of food is good but suggest rotating the cooked food menu frequently to avoid getting bored. May visit again maybe when my kids are grown up or when they are not following on trip. Good hotel!

Good experience. Very new hotel and the room design is 10/10. Worth the price, staff are friendly and the location is very good in Centre KL. Valet parking only due to limited slots, kinda surprised but it is convenient also. Will come back if visit KL again

Hotel is new and environmentally friendly. Booked premium room and it was smaller than we have expected it to be. Bathroom is in decent size, but bedroom very occupied and limits your movements. We found out that one of our pillow case was dirty, literally with someone’s hair oil stink. Breakfast is very limited, but not bad. Staff is very welcoming, polite and helpful.

Room was extra excellent ! The design is classic and little bit traditional touch with modern twist. The interior design is a perfect blend of traditional kampung style with modern touches, making for a truly unique and enjoyable experience .My room has a lovely view of the city. The at night are just more magnificent! Bedroom and bathtub with the view of menara merdeka 118 is top notch. Was greeted & assisted by En.Haikal and he very helpful & friendly. When arrived,they served with cold ginger juice and warm towels but sadly we were fasting that day.

The hotel is new to the hotel scene, and i enjoyed my stay with this new family from IHG. Will certainly look forward to staying again. I am also IHG member, hope one fine day the stay can be converted into IHG points too.

This is a fairly new hotel in town. We stayed two nights at the suite and the interior design of the suite is beautifully decorated. I had a technician come at midnight on our first night’s stay due to the standing light and the hot water issue in the bathroom. He helped reset the system for the standing light and readjust the temperature of hot water. It solved my reading problem before bed and a hot bath was made possible. However, the team at the breakfast needs to be trained properly. We didn’t know we should order our hot served food at the table and we went straight to the food station to place our orders. For that, the order became confusing and long waited. A staff accidentally bumped to a tall chair which was next to our table and created a chaos. The manager came to her aid and apologized profusely to us on behalf of her. You can tell that the manager was performing his duty well but the staff walked away without any apologies. Well, though it’s a new hotel, the breakfast team should have gone through more vigorous training and preparation for food. It’s not an ethical excuse for hospitality. Another kind note for those driving in, only 13 parking lots are available in the basement, and it’s for valet parking only.

I am deeply disappointed and shocked by my recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin. During my visit, I encountered a series of disturbing events that I believe reflect poorly on the management and integrity of this establishment. Firstly, I was verbally abused by the front desk staff and subsequently threatened by a manager who even suggested calling the police, which ultimately led nowhere. This response was not only unprofessional but also made me feel unsafe and unwelcome. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff entered my room without permission and stole my iPhone SE. To make matters worse, the hotel falsely accused me of damaging the phone and the bathtub. As a result, I was charged an additional $500, which is completely unjustified and feels like a deliberate attempt to exploit me. I expected a much higher standard of service from a prestigious brand like The Ritz-Carlton. This experience has not only caused me financial loss but also significant distress.
