I book this place bcos of the twin towers view from the pool and room as shown on their hotel photos. But when I reached, I was told by front desk that view was blocked by another building. Kinda disappointed that they didn't update their hotel pictures. I posted pictures from trip.com vs the actual view. Nevertheless the stay was pleasant and the location is good to access anywhere. Bukit Bintang was a few mins walk away.

This my 2nd time im stayed here. The Services in this hotel was so good. I got the corner room and its was so nice view (KLCC). The food oso nice. And all the staffs was very polite

Good experience. Very nice and comfortable place. Highly recommend it for families and couples. Will book again without thinking twice.

Everything is good except the noise from the traffic and construction on Jalan Bukit Bintang. Interior deco is a little outdated.

Good amazing location. Walking distance to the main malls. Room is fully stocked. Bfast a little underwhelming but everything else was great!

Dorsett KL is under a 5min walk to a full stretch of shopping and food! We had a fantastic stay at the Residences apartment and felt very safe with the security at the hotel. Room is comfortable and facilities are satisfactory too. Great stay overall!
