Perfect location, walk distance to KL city center.
The service instead, has a lot of room for improvement:
1st: at the arrival, we were asked to pay the tourist tax through a random name bank account (we refuse cause we already paid the tourist tax when booked, luckily I keep a screenshot of the details!)
2nd: even if we were two guests, at the arrival they state they will not provide us with two room key, but one only 🫣 with nothing we could do about it(meaning we were forced to do everything together and when my partner had to work in the hotel he was letteraly trapped in the room, not even able to go upstairs in the pool/gym) we wasted a lot of time.
3rd: the most annoying, even if we booked an hotel service, and we pay a cleaning fee when booked they forced us to though the rubbish bins from the room (with attached video instruction on how to reach the rubbish room in the hotal) leave the room clean, and clean up every kitchen utensils eventually used. All this new rules, discovered at the arrival with a whatsapp message, nothing mentioned in the details when booked. No lock in the bathroom. We had to turn on the electricity for the hot water and wait 20min to get a shower.
An hotel service is promised, but something like an hostel is delivered
Penalty for non compliance with the unexpected new rules, an expensive fee😅
