Given lowest floor (6th floor out of 13 floor), bad corner next-building-wall-facing room with no view(blocked) at all, slow WIFI at times, despite my special request for HIGH FLOOR, GOOD VIEW, GOOD WIFI!
Requested change of floor and room, and was told to wait next day (26 Dec) at 10am to put luggages until next room availability, and not immediate change!
Bad n Unhelpful Reception service, no KL Map upon my request (said out-of-stock), and no doorman to help with luggages at entrance!
Housekeeping phone call nobody picks up at all after long ring/waiting!
Also fell sick for more than subsequent 10days with flu due to wall-facing limited ventilation small gap windows, and dusty aircon duct!
Paid for self-medications over year-end-beginning-of-year festive holidays (TCM cough syrup, lozenges, panadol etc), and self-testing COVID Kit! Fortunately tested NEGATIVE!
BAD HOTEL SERVICE AND ROOM COME WITH SAFETY-HEALTH AND MEDICAL COSTS with TRANSIT HOTEL IN KL!!!
ALSO SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAY PLANS THROUGH N THROUGH WITH FLU INFECTION!
Will not recommend at all!
