Impiana KLCC Hotel

I enjoyed my stay at impiana, this wasn’t the first time but the last time was a year ago perhaps. Will come again for sure as my kids love the pool.

Its a pleasant stay in Impiana Hotel for the 1st time. Staff all very friendly, and alsi comfortable. I just don't like the parking which a bit tricky. Breakfast was good too.

Nice view from the swimming pool. Easy access to KLCC and Pavilion via bridge.

Booked a Club Deluxe room, but was given another room (a downgrade from the room I had booked). The staff said, the system not showing the one that I booked from the trip app. So they gave me the cheapest room which did not align with what I paid. Need to check again and finally was given the deluxe room but the look and feel not as what I expected. Overall reception is okay, but the room is a bit old & has a lot of dust. But this hotel location is good because they have a connecting bridge to walk to KLCC or Pavilion.

Very convenient getting to klcc. Comfy bed, very clean. Good service.

Stayed for work purposes. Ordered room dining and the food tasted delicious!

Overall I did enjoy my stay but I must highlight some things that should be improved. Firstly I booked the Club Rooms for 2 people. It clearly stated my Room comes with breakfast for 2 on my booking confirmation. Upon check in I was told my booking was with only 1 breakfast. I then showed my booking confirmation to the staff and she said that most probably their system had a problem and it was not updated. She told me she would do it manually. She also told me I have access to the club lounge. After a couple of hours, I went downstairs again Just to ensure the update on my breakfast has been done just so I don't have any issues the next morning when I and my husband go to have breakfast. This time it was another staff at the reception, so I explained the whole situation to her again and she said she will check for me. Upon checking she said there was no update made and it still showed as breakfast for 1 person only. So I told her your colleague was suppose to help me update your system so I don't have any problems in the morning at Breakfast. She apologised and she told me don't worry and I will make the update for you. So I trusted that it will be updated. However when me and my husband went for breakfast the next morning at the Coffee House, the staff asked us for our room number and checked and told me breakfast was only for 1 pax. So I hit the ceiling as I was so pissed off that a simple instruction just could not be updated inspite me correcting it at the reception 2 times. I had to show my booking confirmation again for the 3rd time to the staff at the breakfast counter and then she called the receptionist to check why they didn't update the system and only have that let us in for breakfast. To me this was a total inconvenience and should be taken seriously at least once you know your system had a problem. Secondly, management for Table seating at breakfast is terrible. Nobody is there to take us to a table, everyone can just walk in and sit wherever they want, the tables are definitely not sufficient especially at times when your hotel is full house. The AC is not sufficient at all for that number of people, it was so warm and chaotic. There are such big square tables which take up so much space which I think the hotel should consider replacing those furniture to smaller tables which can be joined and made longer if needed for bigger groups. Otherwise can be separated for smaller pax. I hope all what I have highlighted is taken seriously and some change is made.
