I travelled with a friend. This is my second stay at Dorsett. Our to and fro flights got delayed unfortunately. When we checked in at midnight, the staff attended to us with great care. We were exhausted from all the waiting at the airport. To our surprise, we received a room upgrade and a late check-out for an affordable price. It has a quiet environment, and the staff gave us privacy. The stay made the whole trip better. They made sure to replenish water as well. The check-out was smooth too. I will continue to stay at Dorsett whenever I come to KL.

A great choice of hotel to stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The location is so strategic and easy to walk around Bukit Bintang to do some shopping with my son.

Location was great but traffic to here is horrible. But not their fault because they can’t control traffic anyway.

I’d recommend hotel. Good location, room is clean, easy to find food, convenient store is nearby.

Even though it's a 4 stars hotel, the TV is quite disappointing as it is not a smart TV and screen resolution was horrible too but the WiFi is good. The bed is comfy and clean enough. Overall, not sure if thats the standard for 4 stars hotel as there are limited amenities and room seems rather basic.

Arrived early for the stay and able checked in. Rooms were clean and was able do our laundry. Location is very good - both to Bukit Bintang and TRX mall.

Pleasant stay in Dorsett. Good location. Hotel make simple decorations and give my boyfriend a pack of cookies for his birthday.
The only setback is the car park is really very narrow. Decided to go for valet parking, but yet is full. This is inconvenient for traveller that travel to KL. If not, the stay is good.

my 2nd stay at this property. room is clean and well kept. amenities minimal, but if there's anything else you need, the reception is always a call away. slight disappointment at the sound proofing. i could hear the conversation of fellow guests walking along the corridor. but i guess it's also down to whether the other guests have the courtesy to keep it down.
pool is decent sized, fitness centre is small but well equipped. equipment are a bit squeaky though. A tad bit let down by the breakfast spread, but it's not critical.
overall a good stay at a convenient location.
