Had a short stay. Check in was easy, staffs were also friendly. Room was surprisingly very spacious, had its own living room. Bed is okay, pillow is too soft for me. Bathroom is okay with great amenity. Room was old and i can see its a bit undermaintained but cant expect a lot from what i paid. Its the cheapest hotel i can find in the bukit bintang area. Water dispenser is in the hallway, they provide you with jug to take your own water from the dispenser. But they also sell water. They charged you for 'excessively' dirty room, the 1st time seeing something like that but they show pictures of what kind of dirty that will be subjected to the charge.
Many shops around the hotel. There is one mall connecting to the hotel therough the overpass located in front of the hotel.

Good location, Lalaport is juat next door. We booked executive room, with free commentary drink from 5pm to 7pm. Breakfast so so, with Indian vegetarian food. With the price we book, overall still worth the stay.

We really enjoyed and relaxed our stay..
We booked Executive suite and breakfast and early included in our package..
We don't need to worry about our meals a day..
What we do is to enjoy the Hotel swimming pool and Gym and Delicious food..
They have many variety of food and drinks to choose .. Definitely we will come back again.
Thank you so much for the friendly and Helpful staff in Executive lounge..
I don't know the names but they both kind and hardworking with their jobs

Toothbrush and slipper will be provided upon request. The room a bit noisy because can hear some water piping sounds from the next room

1. Check in process - Fast but you have to approach the receptionist then he will talk to you, otherwise he will just ignore the fact that you are standing in front of him
2. Special request - Dont bother make any, i have about 4 make sense requests and safe to say none of these even considered, i request for high floor they gave me the lowest they could get which was on the 4th floor, requested for queen bed but was given twin instead, they even said fof superior no queen bed, if dont have why put it in options lol? i requested for ironing facilities, they ignored
3. Parking - parking has lot of spaces, very narrow you could hurt your car here so be cautious, you are required to bring down the ticket to waive the fee EVERY TIME your out, inconvenience
4. Room - was okay, just stupid view, old furniture with carpet smells, the situation of the walkway looks like they’ve seen world war 2
5. Pool - is under renovation, couldn’t think of any other facilities here
Overall, i wouldnt come back not even if the room is as low as 50 dollar, not worth it

The location is quite good. You can walk the bridge to Lalaport BBCC and go to public transport through Lalaport.
Also easy to get the food there. We went to Thaikata nearby there, walking distance is like 10mins only.

Very clean and executive hotel. Very close to time square mall. Very prominent location with easy transport access and malls around. All the staffs are very friendly .

This is my first time that I have given a bad review. As we arrived at 310pm, the hotel informed us that the room wasn't ready. When we asked for the reason, he simply just said it was not cleaned up yet, therefore not ready. The excuse given is not convincing and very lame. We were asked to wait 45 mins to an hour. I felt ridiculous that we got our room key at 355pm. Supposed we are allowed to check in at 2pm. What if we arrive at 2pm, it means we have to wait for two hours to get our room key?
I strongly do not recommend this hotel. I will give zero star if there is an option for it. Worst hotel I ever encountered. Spoiled our holiday mood. BAD EXPERIENCE!!
