My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing in some aspects. The pillowcase in my room was extremely wrinkled and had an unpleasant smell, even though the housekeeping staff insisted that they had ironed it. While the bedsheets were smooth, the condition of the pillowcase made me uncomfortable.
The housekeeping service left much to be desired. I stayed on level 5, and the staff there didn’t seem welcoming at all. When I requested an extra toilet roll, I was told to call the reception instead of being assisted directly, which made me feel unwelcome.
The security staff, Raj, was not friendly, adding to the overall unpleasant experience.
On a positive note, the reception staff was helpful, particularly a Chinese gentleman whom I believe might be the owner. He provided excellent service and left a good impression.
If this hotel wants to continue attracting guests, significant improvements are needed in housekeeping and staff attitude.
