Firstly, the telephone number to the outlet is + 6 012 869 6969 as shown on a signage at the entrance to the outlet; the number advertised on this platform is not helpful when I called two days ago to ask about my booking.
Secondly, the road from the entrance down to the parking bays is steep requiring experience and skillful drivers especially when their vehicles are loaded with passengers or baggage.
Thirdly, the wash basin faucet in the bathroom of my room is loose, the shower head hose is inflexible, and the water pressure is below average.

However, guests can expect clean and peaceful rooms, complete with comfortable beds, all at a reasonable price point. It's an excellent option for those seeking accommodation in the area for a night or two. The serene ambiance ensures a restful night's sleep. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. It's worth noting that there aren't many dining options nearby, so it's advisable to bring your own breakfast and dinner provisions for a hassle-free stay.

Our time at JResidence was truly memorable. Tucked away in the peaceful enclave of Bundu Tuhan, the establishment offers easy access to local eateries and is mere minutes from the national park. Our room was impeccably maintained, providing a comfortable retreat that was serviced daily. The balcony afforded us a charming view of the verdant garden, adding to the allure of our stay. The hotel's well-kept grounds and stunning landscaping added to the overall ambiance. We wholeheartedly endorse JResidence to our friends and family, and should we return to Kundasang, it will be our first choice for accommodation.

My stay here was beyond satisfying—it was truly exceptional. The private space provided was not just clean, but pristine, which is crucial for someone like me with allergies. The attention to cleanliness was evident in every corner, leaving me feeling reassured and comfortable throughout my stay. Tucked away amidst the lush greenery, surrounded by woods and an abundance of trees, this retreat offers a level of seclusion that's hard to come by. And despite its secluded feel, it's surprisingly accessible, making it the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Overall, a stay here is an experience worth treasuring and definitely one to repeat.

We spent a delightful three days here, enjoying the comforts of Room 5B with our family. Situated strategically on elevated terrain, the residence boasts a prime location. The rooms are comfortable, complete with amenities such as water heaters. Notably, the bathrooms are impeccably clean. One of the highlights is the expansive balcony area outside each room, perfect for leisurely hangouts and family bonding sessions. Equipped with tables and chairs, it offers an ideal spot to unwind, savor the stunning hill views, and relish the refreshing breeze while indulging a cuppa.

With its spacious layout and scenic surroundings, this place is perfect for hosting gatherings. The villa comfortably accommodated our large group, allowing us to indulge in a delightful steamboat and BBQ session while soaking up the pleasant weather. The availability of a kitchen made cleanup a breeze, although we did find the fridge a tad small for a villa of three bedrooms. Nevertheless, it was a fantastic experience overall!

Our extended weekend with the family was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn't have been better, situated right next to the national park. The staff were incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The room was spacious enough for three adults, and its layout would also be perfect for a family of three, with side-by-side accommodations. Definitely worth a visit, and we're already planning our return trip. Can't wait to come back for more memorable moments!
