NOT SATISFIED AT ALL
I’ve booked 15 rooms from Jasni Hotel~ 3 booking number for 30 pax person, for 2 nights. When guests arrived that night, the hotel staff said there were only 2 booking numbers in their system ; meaning only 20 pax were allowed to check in. How is that possible??? i made all the bookings A MONTH EARLIER from the date of staying. at 10 pm, all 10 guests were left STRANDED without any room to stay that night. Can you imagine how disastrous that was??
I lodged an immediate complain and got in touch with trip.com team .they were very helpful to calm me down and the customer service stated that the hotel didnt pick up the phone call that night. the booking was RECEIVED, CONFIRMED AND PAID together with the other two bookings and it was so IRRESPONSIBLE for them to miss that out! The receptionist asked my guests to find OTHER HOTELS , late that night.
I had to find another room hotel for my guests on that same night which had COST ME DOUBLE the amount of those i had booked at Jasni. Such a BAD EXPERIENCE dealing with this hotel anddddddd i didnt even get any compensation or a sorry letter from them. This issue has affected my COMPANY REPUTATION, and again i needed to book another hotel at Kota Kinabalu because the second night at Kundasang there was no room left to be booked at any hotel.
This was a complete misconduct from JASNI HOTEL and not from trip.com.
