Böyle bir otele yakışmayacak ölçüde kötü bir kahvaltı; bayat ekmekler bozulmak üzere olan peynirler market salamları mikroskobik ölçüde domates ve meyve, gönülsüzce yapılan omlet vesaire vesaire.... Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok iyi ve yardımsever. Oda çok güzel, ancak havuza baktığı için dışarıdan müzik bas sesi gürültüsü geliyor. Böcek sorunu var...

Cozy, comfortable hotel which feels like home. Styled as an old apartment with bookshelves and real books. Great location. Nice restaurant and a bar on the premises, Pleasant, helpful and polite staff. Great place to stay particularly on a leisure trip.

Hands down the best boutique hotel in Kutaisi. Convenient location, beautiful interior, comfortable and spacious rooms, great pool area, and amazing food! Tasted many different food around the area and Doli (in-house restaurant) is definitely the best in town.

This is an exceptional boutique hotel. It is in an old, refurbished building a few minutes walk from the central part of the city. Rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. There is a small pool that is great for cooling off after a hot day of sightseeing. Doli Restaurant on the first floor of the hotel serves a variety of Georgian dishes. We had several meals there and every dish was well-prepared and tasty. The staff provide friendly and personal service. Kristine at the Front Desk helped us with ordering taxis, arranging laundry service, and answered numerous questions about local sights. In the Doli dining room, Annie (spelling?) and Nini provided detailed information about the Georgian dishes on the menu. We thank them all for making our stay a very enjoyable one.

Stylish, recently refurbished hotel with beautiful rooms with all modern amenities including nespresso machines and safes. Beds extremely comfortable. Pool and surrounding area great. Breakfast extremely good and different to elsewhere. Restaurant good and also different to usual food. Kristine, the receptionist is super friendly and helpful and speaks great English. We have stayed twice and both times excellent.

This small hotel and restaurant Doli are beautiful. Rooms are very nice with all amenities and comfortable beds. Breakfast and generally food in the restaurant are fantastic. Located very centrally in a nice neighborhood. The hotel is newly opened and staff is great and very helpful. I highly recommend this place. I’ve been to several hotels in Kutaisi and Communal is the best. Will be coming back.

Communal keeps it cool in Kutaisi too. 🫰🏼 amazing room, staff, breakfast, service. Christmas decorations was cutest and i liked overall interior as well. Would like to recommend, surely best place to stay in Kutaisi

Everything was great at this hotel.. an amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The vintage aesthetics were awesome. Wish we weren’t just passing through!

Very nice and comfy rooms, tasteful interior, and very delicious breakfast as well as dinner at Doli restaurant. Great new addition to Kutaisi hotel scene. Definitely worth a visit both in the hotel and restaurant!
