The worst place,worst staff ,worst rooms and worst food and they charge so much for all these,pls dont waste your money. I have visited so ***y resorts across India and i have got proper service but with Serena resort I am totally dissatisfied ,I will never go there again

We paid 1800 rupees for a day pass to access the facilities. It was explained that this includes use of the shower with shower gel, pool and food. We paid this for 9 of us. When we got to the pool every single lounger was hogged with peoples things and bags ***y people drying their underwear on there. We asked for towels but the member of staff did not understand and walked off. We asked about the loungers again no response. The pool is not heated and was absolutely freezing and usable. The showers and changing need a lot of attention, they need a very very deep clean, there were no toiletries, no hot water and literally a dribble of water coming out. The true gem is the restaurant the food and service was excellent. They accommodated special dietary requirements too. Was some of the most delicious food we had in India. The grounds and decor are beautiful too. With some tweaks this place could be superb. Paying that much per head just to eat at the restaurant but not be able to shower, sit down or relax or use the pool was slightly obscene.

Paid for day package with 2 children. Very calm atmosphere and very clean. Pool water was cold but due to season. Facilities available although had to pay extra for some facilities in the children's play area. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would go again.

This is a beautiful and amazing place to visit. We stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days but still wanted to stay longer. The room styles are beautiful and the room suited our family of 4 perfectly. It had 2 spacious rooms with 2 different bathrooms and a balcony. Here you won't find Beach facing rooms as they have covered the view of the beach for maybe safety purposes. The rooms were immaculate. The food was delicious and the staff was amiable and supportive. The restaurant's outer beach view sitting area is beautiful for every meal. We went at a time when winter was ending and the hot weather was beginning so the weather was also perfect to enjoy the beach. This place also has ***y games available for children including a mini golf course, air hockey, etc. And of course, the Private beach was the cherry on the cake. It was very clean and it wasn't crowded, which let us enjoy it to the fullest. Thank you so much to the entire team of Serena Beach Hotel ***dvi for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. i visited there with my family for day out package including dinner in said package(1770 rs per person0, but at the time of dinner serving food they stop me to take food & said its not included in your package. its very disgusting for me & my family on festival occasion leave said property without food. its very unprofessional & cheap mind set by staff.

Very poor service and very sub-par amenities. The staff has no idea of what a 'good service ' means. We checked in for just one night, at around 5 pm. It meant that we would enjoy the hotel for about 4-5 hours and check out early morning. The room did not have the wifi ready. The first level of staff spent about 30 minutes with no success. Then the second level technician spent another half hour with no success. So, finally after noticing our dissatisfaction (and waste of time) they gave us another room. Same problem in that another room. Technician spent another 20 minutes before he could fix it. Interesting thing is that they don't keep the wifi ready for the room. The staff walks with you in the room with a router when you check in. Then they hope that the router will work. Why can't they keep the room ready with the router and wifi configured. I lost 2 hour of my 5 hour. What a waste of money. The room floor was not sweeped nor moped. Dirt would stick to your feet. No consistent hot water in the shower. Continuous temperatures fluctuations. I almost burnt myself, and the next moment was freezing cold. Not to mention the lack of water pressure and quantity. I can go on and on..... Overall, a pathetic experience.

Mesmerizing... We have been there for a day but wish we could spend more time here. A beach resort with garden facing huts like rooms. Enjoy sunrise and sunset at the beach. Awesome food and service. There are multiple indoor activities and a swimming pool at the resort. There are also private pool villas available at the resort.

STAFF IS SI BAD RELATION AND ALL ATTITUTE STAFF DONT PREFFERED THAT PLACE AND FOOD ARE ALSO VERY VERY EXPANCIVE AND EVEN THEY GIVE BAD QULATY AND ALSO IN SMALL POTATION IF EXAMPLE WE ORDER PANNER TIKA THAT COST 420 RS AND POTAION IS ONLY FOR ONE PERSION LIKE....PLEASE CHOICE OTHER RESHORT

I came here without much expectations as such. When I entered the resort initial road was great. Reception staff was well behaved and informed all details. We came with a. Small kid , she appreciated behaviour of staff with her ( not a usual case for her). Rooms were neat and tidy. May be well oiled doors would be great. Amenities are good and not much costly as such , but more hooks for kids is desirable specially for little ones. Food was excellent and staff made us eat with feelings , mostly unseen in 5 star resorts . Finally private beach is like icing on top, clean and calm beach. A lifeguard on duty will be great in case of any emergency, though it’s a shallow beach so chances for that is very very less. Facilities for stay of Driver is also good enough to generate appreciating words from my driver.
