The property itself was very nice. The staff were the most friendliest and fun! The food was not good to us. We struggled a lot with the taste of the food here. Our room was very large, with a large patio, but our A/C did not get the room as cold & we would’ve liked.

We had an issue with the bathtub since day 1. We told employees 5 times during the week and they never came to fix it or reported it in their system. The night before we left, they finally fixed it.

Property was lovely as were the staff. I had an accident at the resort and staff took pictures and unfortunately they will not email them to me, it is very frustrating

This was my first time traveling out of the country as well as my first time at an all-inclusive and I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised with my experience. The food was amazing, the weather was great, the hotel conditions were immaculate, the staff was wonderful and so much more. The entertainment staff truly made this trip an absolute joy. Juan, Versace, Anyelo, Roxanna and many more have a place in my heart forever, I couldn't have asked for a better trip, better experience, or better staff. I'm already planning my next trip, I'd recommend it to everyone and if you're considering look no further! Thank you Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville and staff for a trip of a lifetime, I will remember it forever.

This is our 3rd time staying at this resort and it just keeps getting better. We love it because it has a beautiful, walkable beach, many gorgeous pools, various entertainment all day and into the evening and lots of dining options. The staff is lovely always willing to please which makes for a very easy and pleasant vacation each time!

All around great resort!
Snorkeling or swimming in the bay during mid-March - not good. Water muddy and not clear or turquoise.

Overall this property gets a five star rating for a 3 star category resort. It is exactly as advertised. All of the pictures are accurate. It is well kept and very clean. All of the restaurants are very good and the staff are lovely. Definitely worth it!

What a great stay!! The property was excellent! Sooo relaxing which is exactly what we went for. So relaxing but also, a fun environment and such a big property with so much to do and so many different food/dining options!! But the best part was the staff. The staff is so kind and friendly. They’re always so cheerful and happy to help! Everyone there provided excellent customer service but THE BEST OF THE BEST are: Daniel C, Gelson F, Kiuri R, Pedro R and Oscal D. I made sure to take down their names because of what an impact they made throughout our stay. We loved our stay at Bahia Principe Luxury.

Beautiful manicured property with gorgeous pools and lots of activities. The app did not work well and needed info in rooms for phone numbers to front desk - had no way of reaching them when app didn’t work besides walking to lobby. Don’t know what we would do if had a medical emergency!! Lots of specialty restaurants but their food was mediocre- food in buffet was better. NO hot water for showers ever- cold to tepid only .
