Hotel & Spa la Collada

環境很好，停車方便；特別喜歡房間的大窗户，可以整個打開，窗外美景拂面；餐飲質量服務都很好；一月份入住一天，房間特別熱，早晨才發現房間的暖氣是可調的，太熱不能怪酒店；酒店電梯運行不穩，有明顯頓挫感覺；衞生間馬桶沖水聲音特別大；小童活動室玩具有限且殘缺不全；桌球衹有兩個球桿，且其中之一沒有桿頭；衣櫃內衣架不能拿到衞生間，手洗衣服直接掛衣櫃又擔心滴水弄濕衣櫃。

Booked a family duplex room at La Collada as our original hotel in La Molina closed unexpectedly before the end of the ski season. It’s a really great hotel. The views are exceptional, staff lovely and kind to the children, and restaurant genuinely excellent for breakfast and dinner - particularly considering the location in a remote part of Catalonia. Rooms are perfectly good also - clean and good bathrooms in particular. Kids loved having their own ‘bedroom’ on the top floor. Location totally fine for la molina - 10 minutes to huge car park at pista larga for lessons and nursery slopes.

The rooms are simple but comfortable and clean. We had two rooms as we were travelling with teens. Unfortunately you can’t get interconnecting rooms if they are different types ( eg a triple and a double). The hotel is about 15 mins drive from the slopes at La Masella so not too far. The staff are nice and breakfast buffet is very good. We ate in the restaurant in the evening a couple of times ( a la carte) and the food was very tasty. I think it’s worth doing the maths on whether to go half board/ full board. The towns close by dont have many options and it was a hassle to drive 30-45 mins to the nearest good town for dinner. So eating in the hotel is an attractive option. The only bugbear I have is regarding the spa. It looks excellent but I think it’s totally ridiculous they insist on charging 20Euros extra per person to use it. And they make a big fuss about it being only for over 14’s but when I poked my head in a few times there were loads of Spanish people who’d taken their younger kids in. If they would just relax and make it included in the price of the room it would make the whole stay MUCH less of a hassle and give them 5 stars. The ley also offer treatments but my massage wasn’t worth it - after a day of skiing I wanted a nice Swedish massage but ended up paying 60euros to have someone basically tickle my skin because they only offered a ‘relaxing massage’. Overall a good option compared to others nearby.

Nice place surrounded by nature! Easy to get there with a car as there in a main road go go to la Molina! In winter they offer shuttle service to go to the ski slopes if you don't have a car. Room was nice and comfortable, we got some issue during our stay with shower hot water and central heating, but staff solved issue immediately. Hotel it self need some refurbished (carpet, especially in aisle, is old and used)Staff was warm and friendly. Restaurants was fine, for dinner was buffet. Spa must be booked in advance otherwise you will not have the chance to go in if fully booked. Not recommended for who doesn't have a car.

Nice hotel with beautiful views. The staff is very friendly and the room is comfortable. My only complaint is that the walls are thin, and you can hear the other hotel guests. Besides that, we had a great stay and enjoyed the spa.

Las habitaciones, la comida y el personal del hotel 10 de 10. La comida de bufet d buena calidad y todo muy limpio. Muy acogedor. Vistas preciosas de la montaña. Al spa le faltan unos grados al agua. Está poco caliente como para spa. Repetiremos.

Llegamos el día de su reapertura y había detalles que deben mejorar. En el restaurante tuvimos una atención especial por parte de JESÚS, ANDREA, Yudelmis y su esposo Angel. MUCHAS GRACIAS La atención del personal y dirección fue muy buena. Gracias

Fin de semana descanso y relax habíamos reservado una vista valle pero nos dieron una habitación duplex vista valle impresionante el desayuno muy variado la cena increíble disfrutamos del spa una tarde y luego un masaje ambos ctro recordar estrella fue una de las masajistas increíble en general el trato muy cálido y las noches frescas de la montaña no tienen precio repetiremos en diciembre

Habitació i instal·lacions confortables. Menjar de buffett bo.
