Beach is very far away from building about 9 mítin vehículo . All inclusive( is not all inclusive) they charge for Can soda and for some drinks and food TripAdvisor needs to Be honest and not keep putting pictures that are not from the rental buildings, is so many complaints and you guys should do something if B Nayar is deshonest , you shouldn’t be . There is no tenis court ATM Doesn’t work Most employees @ Restaurant are Rude, they Give preference to people with no bracelet

The most horrible vacation experience. The pictures on their website are fake. No beach access at the hotel. You have to ride a van to a beach club. 7/10 min away from the hotel. Where they call all inclusive. Only Tecate Beer. Nachos and Aguachiles where available. Not even French Fries for the kids. The New Year’s Eve dinner. Martin de La Madrid (manager) didn’t have our table ready and wanted us to seat at an area where only a rope was the security rail on a suspended deck area At the hotel the rooms are nice but one of my nephews ended up with over 80 bed bug bites The pools aren’t climate If you want to have access at the beach area on the hotel you need to pay $800.00 Mx pesos ($40.00 US) dls) per adult. And 1/2 of that per kid. The place and management are a huge fraud.

We stayed in a three bedroom penthouse apartment recently. The resort is large and spacious, there’s a shuttle bus to and from the reception area, takes about 4 minutes but you can walk down to the beach club area. There are beach towels available from the beach club reception. The pools there are lovely and warm and the beach is adjacent and is clean and shelves gently into the warm sea. The main negative is the dreadful loud incessant awful music that the DJ blasts out constantly The beach club serves a nice breakfast and once that is complete the staff then come to your sun bed to take your orders for drinks and snacks. The lunch menu and food is much better than the supper menu. All the staff expect a tip when serving you either in the restaurant or by the pool. There’s another pool nearer the reception area and this is similar in size to the beach club ones but far quieter but no service from the bar The main restaurant is near the main reception area and there’s also another smaller pool there as well The menu is varied and the food on the whole is acceptable. You have to scan the QR codes to see what’s on offer. The main complaint is the total lack of any ordering system. Some days we gave our order and waited up to an hour even for a drink never mind your food order, staff seemed to be busy but doing what we weren’t sure. Another oddity is if you order your starter and main course at same time they are brought out together. I think because we were the only English speaking guests there and very few staff speak English we did find ordering the food difficult The apartment was large with a huge kitchen and dining area however there wasn’t even a spoon never mind a plate!! When the apartment was serviced and used towels taken away I had to keep going to reception to ask for clean ones There wasn’t a safe and unfortunately my wife had two rings taken from our wardrobe It would be nice for the children if there were slides into the pools and also ice cream as at other all inclusive resorts the latter was always available Just a word of advice is don’t lose your immigration form like I did, caused me issues at airport on departure Enjoy the holidays

Excelente trato del *personal (meseros, cocina, los de entretenimiento, el del transporte). Habitación amplia, limpia, bien distribuida. Cama muy grande, almohadas tan suaves como para quedarse. Actividades recreativas para mis niños (voleibol, jenga, domino) un plus que no tenía contemplado Quedé muy complacida con la atención. Valoro mucho el trato y los tiempos de compartir. Disfrute jugar jenga, domino y ver que mis hijos estaban en buenas manos con una persona que dedicó tiempo para explicarles en la piscina Actividades de entretenimiento en el 10 de mayo que me gustaron porque los huéspedes coinciden, se trabaja en equipo, las bromas, la competitividad y risas Aunque no es de mi agrado el futbol, debo reconocer que se tiene ese recurso para quienes gusten de disfrutar los partidos. Lo más extraordinario es la calidez en la gente que trabaja en el *hotel, muy atentos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Fue un fraude yo técnicamente reseeve por medio del hotel y ni aún así se me informo de los servicios que ya no tenían,me mandaron un video en el cual todo se ve muy bonito pero resulta ser mentira .

Las vacaciones en este hotel fueron una pesadilla, fue un verdadero fraude. Mala comida, con cantidades ridículas, cuando había, porque la disculpa continúa de los meseros fué que se terminó. Viajamos en plan todo pagado y solo ofrecieron un menú limitado y de mala calidad, las bebidas insaboras, muy rebajadas El dichoso club de playa un fiasco, es un restaurante donde los meseros se portaron mal educados, como había mucho extranjero, nos ignoraron olímpicamente a la hora de solicitar ser atendidos, se tardaron las horas Tiene una publicidad engañosa, nada que ver con lo que ofrecen y la realidad que se vive. En los días que estuvimos ahí, no hubo animación. Debo reconocer que la habitación estuvo bien, espaciosa y limpia. Es lo único rescatable Mi recomendación es que no visiten este lugar, a menos que quieran pasar malos momentos o sentir que les robaron.
