Cet hôtel est calme, situé à proximité de La Rochelle. Il propose un parking et un parc arboré. La chambre prestige est spacieuse et correctement équipée. Contrairement aux commentaires d'autres voyageurs, il n'y avait aucun problème de propreté. Les seuls bémols : la chambre mériterait un grand miroir dans la partie salon, un lit king size et un carrelage moins vieillot. Le personnel est sympathique et efficace. Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais pas exceptionnel.

Very good variety with winemakers, cakes, cold and hot drinks, brown egg, bacon and sauce. Good products. ____________________ QUALITY/PRICE RAPPORT AND SERVICES ---------- Very good quality/price ratio and given the situation if you don't want to pay for being in the heart of La Rochelle, while having shops/restaurants next to. The Wi-Fi works very well except at the end of the evening when there is a world of connecting, it becomes slower. Excellent accommodation in a modern and well-equipped hotel (secured parking underground, highly performing wifi, excellent litter, beer bar, quite complete PDJ buffet). The location is excellent only 10 minutes walk away in direct access to the historic heart of the city centre and Old Port, much more effective than in car (20-25mn due to work). Tip: Let his car in the secure parking of the hotel to avoid the gallery to turn around to find a quite expensive and far-from parking place because the nearby parking is quickly saturated.

Très mauvaise prestation suite à notre passage nous avons été très déçu car arrivé sur les lieux nous avons pris possession de notre chambre la personne de l’accueil nous a indiqué qu’il n’y avait pas de serviette et il s’étonné que nous n’ayons pas été prévenu du coup nous avons dû passer notre séjour sans serviette Car la seule solution pour nous était d’acheter des serviettes sur place je trouve ça inconcevable pour une chambre à 68 € dans un hôtel entrée de gamme comme celui-ci ensuite nous prenons possession de notre chambre est là il n’y avait que quatre chaînes sur la télévision nous sommes partis voir gentiment la personne de l’accueil qui nous a dit que ça ne fonctionnait pas depuis longtemps qu’ils avaient contacté la personne mais que ça ne fonctionnait toujours pas mais là aussi quand on réserve aucune information À part pour prendre la carte bleue là tout est clair ! Je demande donc à la personne de l’accueil si il pouvait contacter quelqu’un pour essayer de nous trouver une solution alternative un changement de chambre un dédommagement pour une prochaine nuit il me dit donc que c’est possible qu’il s’en occupe et que la personne qui arrivera le soir viendra me voir pour me faire un retour de ce qu’on lui a dit du coup j’attends 23 heures toujours personne je décide donc d’aller à l’accueil et là il me dit (non non de toute façon il n’y a aucune solution on peut rien faire pour vous c’est comme ça) Super sens commercial et quelle façon de parler Je vous rassure en tout cas ma carte bleue a bien été débité sans aucune erreur Je n’ai qu’une chose à dire fuyez cette hôtel qui se dit rénové sur sa page à fuir je n’ai pas beaucoup l’habitude de répondre à des enquêtes mais là c’est inacceptable
