Sehr schöne ruhige Parkanlage zum Entspannen nach Wanderungen und Exkursionen.
Der Pool ist sehr groß und hat viel Platz ringsherum.
Die Bungalows sind sehr geräumig und ausreichend, einziges Manko war kein Wasserkocher oder eine Kaffeemaschine
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und eine Nacht verlängert.

I do not recommend reception staff are not help full Bed are uncomfortable pilots no microwave the price they are charging not worth to pay also they the management are unprofessional the place look nice outside but when you in the room you will be disappinted

I’m originally from Costa Rica but living in USA. In my last visit to my family, my brother and I decided to go for some adventure but we didn’t want to pay atrocious prices normally charged in the high end hotels in this area. We ended paying $200 total for 2 nights. Really closed to the center La Fortuna but far enough to wake up by the sounds of nature Clean rooms that are really little house in the middle of a beautiful garden. Super private, you don’t see other people other than for breakfast. Do all your activities around the beautiful rain forest, with the beautiful view of the volcano just 5-10 min from here. After a day full of activities and people, come to a people free area to decompress.

Very clean room and facility. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The location is great, 1-2 minutes drive to downtown and 10-20 minutes from other popular activities such as Volcano Park, Mistico Hanging Bridge, and Hot springs. The hotel ground is luscious with local tropical plants and flowers - very beautiful,

The grounds and small buildings were excellent. We’ll keep safe and very clean. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Jacquie was so helpful made our stay so enjoyable. We loved the buffet breakfast every morning. Pool looked inviting. Close to downtown and all the features. There were little walks around the grounds and wildlife to view in including sloths and lots of birds.

Great hotel. Pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Rooms were excellent with plenty of room for 4 people. 1 queen and 2 twin beds for our teenage kids. The location is perfect, we did a lot of sight seeing the 2 nights we stayed. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in the beautiful area of La Fortuna. The grounds to the hotel are stunning absolutely teaming with wildlife, spent hours sitting on bench outside bungalow just admiring the view, the noise was incredible. The bungalows were perfect for our stay and you can request a kettle and pool towels etc. the children used the pool frequently and it was great for an evening dip after a hike. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty with a good selection. Location was ideal, 5 mins walk to town and a couple of mins walk to El Salto rope swing. The view of volcán Arenal was incredible. Perfect please to spend a few days exploring Arenal area

This place is set within beautiful gardens, the rooms are in groups dotted around the area, with a lovely really warm pool. The rooms are large, with plenty of space, and really quiet. Breakfast is served in a huge converted cattle barn, with a large selection of breakfasts to choose from, being vegan was easy. The reception staff are really helpful, and everything is on cctv, reception has a fridge with beers and drinks etc to buy. Close to the town for easy access to night life and activities. We zip lined, trekked the volcano, and went to the hot springs to a soak. Highly recommend.

Very nice people, views, conveniently located. Beautiful landscaping and pool. I was able to communicate easily with staff and they were very helpful. Breakfast was provided and they were very accommodating hosts! I would definitely stay rhere again or recommend to a friend.
