El balneario es muy tranquilo. Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas. La atención es muy buena. La comida del restaurante es excelente. Repetiremos.

This is a lovely spa hotel with a lot of potential, nice thermal baths, pretty good food, beautiful art in the lobby, nice big rooms. Should be great, but unfortunately, the staff has not been taught an ethic of customer service. So what should be a completely relaxing spa weekend with the staff going out of their way to make you more relaxed, they do exactly their job and no more. they don’t think from the customer perspective it’s not that they do anything wrong, it’s just that they don’t particularly care about doing anything right to make you more comfortable.

The overall experience, it’s not satisfying, so I’ll only give two points. Let’s start with the positive things: The price performance relation is quite OK. The restaurant and the breakfast for me is medium satisfying. The Thermal bath/spa practically in the same building is very nice even though the operating hours are a bit bizarre; but that could be a after Covid effect. The Terrasse and corridor needs a serious renovation

The fact that there were different buildings and you could not access the spa from inside was a little problem. The rest was really great. Half board in the restaurant was great but I found the spa area a kind of full. I know it was 6 pm on Friday and be being a client of the hotel I had unlimited access. Not finding a humid sauna but a dry one only was also unexpected.

Standard business trip in La Garriga with preferable hotel in this location. Room was not quite new , but it it s acceptable for business trip. If somebody would like to stay here for holiday, is better to choose probably more comfortable room. I got room for one person, for 2 nights. Wifi without issue in main build. Breakfast is very comfortable and you can take what you want - they have very good option. Next time, I will take this hotel in this location. I dont know exactly,how much cost swimming pool and spa, so I can not comment their offer.

Pack SAN Valentín recomendable. Atención en los detalles. Detalle Bienvenida en habitación. Muy recomendable para desconectar y relaj****. Servicios muy atento. Circuits termal y masaje muy relajante.

Room not made up. Cannot individually control AC. No way to get bottled water or soft drinks. Holes in curtains. Lamps that seem to be 80 years old. Staff seems to be tuned out (can't blame them). Don't believe the photos. This is my first review on any site, but my experience here was so bad, that I needed a catharsis.

Chambre en très mauvaise état tous comme le reste .pas de chauffage ni de clim ne fonctionne pas .1 installation sur 3 fonctionne spa très mauvaise entretien à la limite du sale petit déjeuner correcte dîner du soir carte pas de menu rien exceptionnel service lamentablement
