No recomendaría este hotel para una visita familiar. Definitivamente no volvería con mi familia y niños pero si derrepente en pareja. No entiendo cómo puede estar en el área de recepción una persona de tercera edad poco amable atendiendo a un lugar donde queremos tranquilidad y un buen momento. El lugar es muy lindo los ambientes exteriores, los cuartos dependiendo del lugar están con buena vista o hay algunos que no son tan iluminados. El problema está en que no se puede conversar con la persona encargada sobre algún inconveniente por qué la señora no es amable simplemente se enoja y responde de mala manera. Y otro inconveniente es que cobran por todo. Deberíamos tener un trato amable por qué somos huéspedes y venimos con la intension de disfrutar. Ojalá mejoren la atención. Sería lo max.
