Logistically great! Accommodated very late arrival, all in English, coordinated via WatsApp without an issue, hotel in a nice location, local historical building. Definitely come here if you want the traditional Alsace experience. Easy parking in front of hotel. Room looked like new although the building is hundreds years old.

We stayed here in 2019 and although the hotel was tired and dated the restaurant made up for it with a glorious tasting menu so when we decided to revisit the region we naturally decided to come back here. It was a mistake. The hotel is still tired and dated and the restaurant has gone downhill with a limited selection of dishes at a high price which weren’t worth it. Such a shame as now this hotel has lost the one thing that made it good.

The only minus was the service in the restaurant and the bathrooms of the rooms should be modernised. Overall the location is amazing, the hotel is small and cosy. The quality of the food was good, still the offer limiteed.

A great stay here, had stopped by a few weeks ago for a "plat du jour" which was excellent , really a gastronomic delight. Decided to book a room over the weekend demi pension. Room fine with balcony and valley views, evening set meal again a gastronomic experience, bravo to the chef. Breakfast fine and must say all the staff very professional and welcoming. Will definitely stay again when visiting. Well done all...!!

2eme année consécutive dans cet hôtel et toujours la même satisfaction ! L'accueil par mail, à l’hôtel, comme au restaurant : le personnel est au petit soin. La vue est splendide que ce soit des chambres, de la terrasse ou du restaurant : on en prend plein les yeux ! Piscine sympa, juste ce qu'il faut, et coin salon très agréable avec jeux et bouquins pour les enfants. La formule demi-pension est pleinement satisfaisante avec des plats bons et copieux. Le tout dans un coin sympa, tant pour les familles "relax" (ballades, château, aires de jeux...) que pour les plus sportifs (rando, vtt...). Une parenthèse de dépaysement. A noter, nous sommes à chaque fois venus avec des "box" en bénéficiant de la même considération que les autres clients (pratique assez rare pour le souligner !) l’hôtel s'étant même montré arrangeant pour nous accueillir avec nos enfants. Les 3 roses fait indéniablement partie de nos adresses "coup de cœur". Merci à tous ceux qui font la réussite de cet établissement :)

Tout s'est très bien passé ! Parfait ! Ce fut un week-end très reposant, calme, avec un superbe dîner avant la reprise ! La ville est superbe et la vue de l'hôtel et de la salle du restaurant sur la vallée est magnifique !

Très chaleureux et très agréable, je recommande pour un séjour des plus merveilleux😍😍 Les repas y sont excellents Ils accepte les animaux et nous étions ravie de pouvoir profiter de ce merveilleux séjour famille complète Merciiii a toute l´équipe.

Confort, propreté et calme. Pas de problème pour se garer, il y avait toujours de la place en face de l'hôtel (période concernée : week-end des marchés de Noël). L'adresse est notée pour une prochaine visite.

Das Hotel war vor Jahren gut und hat in der Zwischenzeit total nachgelassen. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass aus den ehemaligen Zimmern jetzt Doppelzimmer gemacht wurden. Alles sehr winzig – auch die Bettlänge. Das "Badezimmer" ist jetzt winzig klein und keine Ablagemöglichkeiten mehr. Der Service war ursprünglich gut und hat ebenfalls nachgelassen.
