The hotel room was as nice as any place I have ever stayed but I did not have hot water for my showers.

Hotel y excellent cleanliness is excellent the only thing I didn’t like was the area. We stayed here because we visited kemah but it’s pretty far around 18-20 min but other than that great hotel.

The property was great —-the only thing I did not like the shower head!!!! It ******!!!!!! I am a 6’ man and had to use my cupped hand to rinse off !!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely lovely staff. We come to this area often and this will now be our go to place. Super friendly and helpful. If you intend to cook in the room, ask for the burners up front! :)

This hotel is excellent in every way. Very comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will choose them again.

The rooms stink. Looks like they spot cleaned a pet urine stain in between the beds. (It was still wet). This hotel needs to be better equipped to handle pet smell and stains.

I was not happy at all with my experience this time. It was not very clean. The bathroom vent was broke and didn't work. I bought food to cook for my wife and had to go request a table top burner not just once but twice cause they were broken, so we never got to cook, so more money spent on food and very tired and frustrated over the whole deal. In one night I spent more money on things that should of been accommedating already to me. I have already told them and nothing was done about it cause the hotel was full and will let management know.

Me & my family had a great time at Home 2 Suites.The hotel was clean & spacious. The customer service was great! Overall we had a great time! Thank You!
