Hotel Juanito

Well our stay at this hotel turned into a bit of a long story but with a very good ending. Firstly the hotel is right in the centre of La Roda a nice little very Spanish town with shops and plenty of restaurants and bars, parking is outside the hotel on a pay and display but plenty of spaces when we arrived . We had a double on-suite room and at 74 Euros per night including breakfast it was a bargain, great for a one night stopover. Great reception area but you do need a little Spanish to check in but hey we are in Spain so we should at least know a bit, good lift to upper floors, room was very Spanish but had everything we needed and the bathroom was lovely with large bath and rainfall shower plus lots of nice toiletries. Nice bar area with great choice of drinks and tapas and very helpful staff although you must pay by card or cash as you cannot charge to the room, the dining room is just off the bar and does a Menu del dia which was really nice. Paid for room at check-in so not waiting on checkout as we were driving to Bilbao to catch out ferry home, now the story, my wife left her Kindle unde the pillow and did not realise until we got on the ferry. I contacted the hotel to ask if they could post it to us in the UK and was contacted by Mireya Saez who was the most helpful person I have ever met, she went to the local post office and got me a quote for posting but unfortunately they had problems taking payment with my credit card so Mireya suggested collection by courier. I booked UPS to collect but had to send Mireya the mailing label and customs invoices to print out and put with the parcel which she did for me, I emailed Mireya quite a lot and she never once got upset or complained and answered every email politely, I could not have wished for better service. Needless to say I will definitely stay at this hotel again, if you read this Mireya then Thank You very much for all your help and assistance.

It is a true gem! You can not beat the ratio price/quality. They are very nice and accomodating. There is a nice cafeteria and restaurant on the first floor with amazing and good priced food. I was ppsitevely surprised and Hotel Juanito being and oldish, traditional hotel provided a good night of sleep that exceeded my expectations. Although it is an old building its beautiful and has all the necesities. La Roda its a beatutiful, small town. We only stayed there for one night, but I wish we could have stayed more.

Central. The cafe open all day. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Rooms very spacious and comfortable

Increíble el personal de atentos...las habitaciones sencillas,pero super limpias. Ofrece un restaurante donde desayunas,almuerzas y cenas del 10. Gracias a todo el equipo como nos trataron.

Trato muy amable, habitación cómoda, muy buena relación calidad-precio, limpio, céntrico, con un restaurante de calidad . El único problema es el aparcamiento ya que todo el centro es zona azul, sin embargo se puede aparcar gratis por las calles paralelas a la calle del hotel por enfrente.

Hotel de pasaje para una noche está bien o como hacemos nosotros para un día por las fiestas de Albacete está 25 minutos . La cama está buena para pareja , habitación sencilla , estaba todo limpio,cesta disponible jabón , peine y champú, secador sencillo de hotel . El hotel tiene decoración antiguo.

A peor con mucha mucha diferencia. Nos alojamos desde hace 20 años en este hotel cada tres o cuatro veranos. Ha sido una decepción ver como ha empeorado... manchas de goteras por toda la habitación, pintura que se despega de la pared, falta de higiene en el baño, una cama ENANA para dos personas... DURA COMO UNA PIEDRA. Un tres estrellas? Diría se le han caído un par por el camino.... Lo único bueno el aire y por supuesto la cercanía con el centro del pueblo.

Esta muy bien.

Verdaderamente una habitación que más qué habitación parecía un zulo no entiendo como un hotel de 3 estrellas en pleno centro y la habitación es de ese tamaño tan incómoda inconfortable
