Easy to find the apartment and have some bread, coffee, tea for breakfast. Not far from the train station to go to la speczia

Close to train station but you need to make sure to look for address. This place is 5 rooms in apartment bldg. but it’s nice and worth staying here. Close to shops, laundry and markets.

Me & my partner stayed here for 3 nights in July, our trip was fantastic. We used La Spezia as a base to explore Cinque Terre and for this it was perfect, La Spezia train station was a few mins walk from the accommodation. Our room was clean, white and felt fresh, we slept great and found check in and check out easy. Andrea was a gracious host and gave us some good tips & helped us realise La Spezia was so much more than just a CT base. Would for sure recommend this location and this accommodation to others.

Great location: close to train station, food store, laundry and a myriad of restaurants. A breeze to train it back and forth to Cinque Terra. A huge plus. DO NOT stay in the Cinque Terra touristy villages. Down side; the bar on the street below~ noise and cigarette smoke rises! TheMonterosso room is a direct hit from the bar. And, the room Frig was marginal at best. Yet, shower was great, maid service was amazing and the maid herself a sheer delight. The bed was a toughie to befriend as it was rather hard and took a night to grow accustomed to. The coffee maker and tea pot were a plus; however, only use bottled water. The “breakfast” was a far cry from breakfast and was basically packaged spongy rolls and Melba toast. Plenty of bakeries and breakfast bars nearby; go there. The price was a steal and yes, we would return and request one of the other Cinque Terra rooms. The proprietor was accessible and responsive. Stay here.

Camera ben curata e pulita. Il proprietario Andrea ci ha accolto cortesemente e date indicazioni giuste.. Camera organizzata, pompa di calore, servizio monouso top! Dallo spazzolino al dischetto con cotonfioc. Posizione tattica a pochi metri si è vicino alla stazione, vicino alle vie principali della città. Consiglio

Camera confortevole e simpaticamete decorata, pulizia ottima, letto comodo, nessun disturbo. Gentilezza della signora che ci ha accolto. Dotazione con te, caffé e annessi per chi vuole fare una colazione in camera. Sistemazione vicina alla stazione, alla via pedonale e a fermate bus per Lerici e Portovenere. Al terzo piano con ascensore. Ci ritornerei volentieri!

Ho chiamato ad aprile per prenotare x settembre per due famiglie (noi e i nostri amici con entrambi figli) La signora gentilissima mi ha fatto preventivi e mi ha dato tutte le indicazioni. A settembre siamo arrivati prima del check-in e lei ci ha ospitato a braccia aperte. Camere pulitissime e spaziosa! Vicinissimo alla stazione e al centro! In camera c erano anche gli spazzolini e anche il Pettine. Tutto ovviamente monouso è incartato singolarmente

Il soggiorno è andato oltre le mie aspettative! Stanza, stile dell'arredamento, pulizia, gentilezza di TUTTO lo staff, posizione e addirittura colazione non prevista. Ma anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli oltre l'orario del check out. Anche per l'orario del check-in sono venuti incontro alle nostre esigenze senza problemi. Tutto OTTIMO!

Affittacamere in ottima posizione sia per la vicinanza alla Stazione che al centro città Camera ristrutturata di recente,spaziosa è dotata di tutti i confort. Buon set di cortesia. Proprietari gentili e disponibili Parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze
