I'm not sure how anyone could give this hotel a 1 out of 5. They have an excellent location, and the staff is great to work with. The hot breakfast was very good, and the room (room #121) was quite comfortable! We, also, found the bed to be very comfortable! We will be back.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate minus the kids complaining that the pool was out of order. In all fairness, staff had told us about the pool when we booked and at time of check in. My main issues were with the size of the bed, lighting and outside noise level. It was booked as a King, but was a glorified full. In addition, we were on the first floor and it was like being in a wind tunnel with the noise from the highway. The overhead light for fire/security flashed at odd times and prevented any possibility of obtaining a decent sleep. Bathroom was well equipped and extra large and accommodating-the only treasure in the experiment.
