One of the most beautiful guests house I have ever experienced!

The bed is super comfortable, the hot breakfast is delightful, and the room is beautiful. Upon booking, they send an email with details which state check in ends at midnight. I arrived a little after 11PM due to a delayed flight and train. NO ONE WAS THERE! I spent an hour outside making noises and trying to get in! Some person was chatting with me attempting no help except when I reached out to ******* to cancel. All of a sudden they can answer my messages yet still did not say how to get inside, and NO ONE came to my rescue except a guest who came outside to smoke. The key is like a screwdriver and it must be placed in the door a certain way to work. Never in my life had I seen such a key, and the whoever chatting with me NEVER MENTIONED how to use the thing. The smoker did. The next morning at breakfast, the older lady was coughing and not covering her mouth around the food all the while you could hear the phlegm in her cough. Disgusting. Would I stay again? Yes, as long as I make sure my plane and train arrive on time and I do not purchase breakfast with them.

Bathroom looks more civilized than the ones we have had thus far with a nice shower. They have a nice facility here with well-kept grounds. At night lights come on automatically as you enter, a very nice feature. The bedroom is a nice size (room 8) with a king bed and nice pillows. There was a refrigerator, but no safe. No light over the desk for working on your computer in the evening. Limited plugs available for electronics. No luggage racks provided so suitcases had to be opened on the floor. They should give you two of these. They provided us with a wine opener, but no wine glasses or even cups and water. Why bother with the opener? They do serve a very nice breakfast in the morning, included you’re your room charge. The facility is located on top of the hill quite a ways from downtown.

I spent 4 nights during my stay in Portugal at Sensational Guesthouse. The whole structure is very nice, just 5 minutes walking far from the city center. Strategic point for reaching the beach in Lagos. Moreover.. breakfast is amazing with an incredible view upon the city and the sea. Can't wait to be back!

Preis-Leistung Top. Die Zimmer sind alle relativ klein wenn einen dass nicht stört aber top. Es sind sehr einfache Zimmer für den Preis erwarte ich aber auch kein voll ausgestattetes Hotel zimmer. Die Bäder sind alle neu renoviert und sehr ansprechend. Das Frühstück ist top, es gibt frischen Kuchen, cafe, Wurst, Käse, Eier, Brötchen, Früchte, Müsli etc. Die Zimmer werden außerdem jeden Tag gemacht, nicht selbstverständlich in der Preis Kategorie. Es gibt eine schöne Rooftop Terrasse mit Meerblick und sogar einen kleinen Cardio Bereich. Für 7€ kann man den ganzen Tag Fahrrad ausleihen. Komplett kontaktloser Check-in durch Schlüsselboxen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft. Kurzer Weg in die Stadt ca 5 Minuten

L'arrivée autonome s'est passée facilement et efficacement. La chambre était propre et l'air climatisé fonctionnait à merveille. L'aménagement extérieur était très agréable et j'ai eu un gros coup de coeur pour la section hamac où nous avons passé beaucoup de temps. Il y avait toutes les comodités disponibles dont un voyageur a besoin. J'ai adoré le petit déjeuner très copieux du petit matin et que dire de la vue panoramique sur le toît. Un incontournable du matin. Le gîte est situé à une bonne distance à pied du centre de Lagos et des plages. Pas plus de 20 minutes de marche. Il y a des petits restos et cafés ainsi qu'une grosse épicerie à proximité. Le personnel a été très sympathique avec nous. Je recommande certainement ce lieu et j'ai trouvé que c'était un bon rapport qualité-prix.
