Conveniently located near Disney Springs and Disney Parks. Excellent property facilities and cleanliness.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room looks good but there is a spotlight that shines through the outer sides of the curtains at night. At least the parking lot is safely lit at night though. You can also hear everything in the hallway. TV is nice and large. Blowdryer was strong enough to dry long hair quickly. The Waffle House next door was very convenient and the staff there are nice.

Not the best location, a tad sketchy. Horrible pillows. Did not have the same welcoming things one of your other properties, I recently stayed in, provided. Parking was 50% more than the other AC hotel I stayed in over Thanksgiving weekend. The other AC hotel was in Scottsdale by the Biltmore Fashion Mall and a much better location. Price for room was similar & pillow selection much better.

Front staff was outstanding. Did miss the amenities in our room such as more than two teabags. Any kind of body lotion, a shower, cap, sugar for coffee but I was told we asked those would’ve been provided but we would have to ask for them.

Property is very clean and well kept. The rooms feel new and are very well laid out with plenty of towels and built in features.
The area is not the best, but the condition of the hotel more than makes up for it.

Very nice...relatively new. Efficient staff. The only problem problem we encountered is the sewage smell in the bathroom...in spite the blower and door was closed...it stayed on. Brought this up to the front desk and hoped they check it out and fix it.

The AC Hotel was clean and modern. The check in desk provided great service. The room was clean, love the modern updates with ambient lighting throughout the room. My favorite part that there isn’t no carpet in the room at all! I’ll definitely stay here again!

This hotel was perfectly suited for our needs for this trip. We checked in at 2:30 PM and headed to Disney for Mickey‘s Very Merry Christmas and we checked out the next morning around 8am. We were charged $18 for parking, which seemed absurd for the style of hotel.

Very nice hotel. Conveniently located close to Disney. The only thing that I did not like was the soap in the shower. I know that’s silly but it was not a neutral smell if that makes sense. I wish I had brought my own soap
