The room above us had small kids that ran around constantly until 1am. Also, the hotel charged a $23 dollar fee that was not explained or included when I made the reservation.

The room price was very reasonable based on the overall condition of the hotel and also on the distance from the destination.

The entrance of the hotel was nice but as soon as we got to the fourth floor, it may a real bad. We went into our room 439. It had a stitch in there as well. I had to go to Walmart to purchase some air freshener just so I was able to stay in the room, then you had to wait two minutes in between before flushing the toilet I’ve never heard of that in my life. The bed needs to be changed out. The bed was swap sided plus the sockets in the room did not work that’s unacceptable. I will never come back to this hotel in my life you guys need to update immediately.

Hotel room is clean. Location is good, easy to access highways.
no buffet breakfast, order by manu, few options. a little bit slow.

The checkin process took a while. There was only one person handling the front desk. At one point, someone else came to the front, saw the line and continued to do paperwork. Time could have been better spent assisting the guests that were lined up past the staircase.

A good overnight stay, friendly service. I didn't care for lack of eating options in the area in the morning.

The hotel was ok. The staff was super friendly. The bathroom was definitely not very clean. The cleaning people seem to do the minimum. Our shower had built tartar, some animals inside and it was clogged. And another thing, you can hear everything outside the door. It's close to the casinos, it's the only good thing. We just stayed 1 night.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I had made a mistake on my reservation and needed to add an extra night which was handled quickly and efficiently. Also there was a new girl training at desk and I liked the way they assisted her in my reservation, they were both friendly and we enjoyed our stay there. Would highly recommend your hotel to others.
