They took our wet towels and did not bring any also there’s no room to drink coffee they offer you pieces of bread warm coffee and juice they do not clean your room or take your trash there is no Kleenex no coffee makers and not enough soap shampoo toilet paper.

THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER VISITED. COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY FROM THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SITUATIONS IN THE ROOMS NEXT DOOR AND DOWN STAIRS TO ROOM AC SMELLING LIKE THE URINAL IN A BAR. THE LEAKING SHOWER AND RUSTED TUB. SPIDERWEBS IN THE BEDROOM A TV THAT WOULDNT CHANGE CHANNELS. DIRTY BED SHEETS AND TOWELS JUST NASTY.

Need it a rest on a road trip and all nice hotels were booked so I had to look for other options. The hotel is located in a historical neighborhood very close to the street shopping. Safe area and the hotel room was very clean and smell clean. The furniture seemed new. Very safe location to travel with family or by yourself.
The only thing is that breakfast is NOT provided eventhough it says so when you are booking.
Close to the convention center and downtown area.

Well for one thing when i got there to the room It wasn’t so clean to me. It had a bad odor and i told the lady at the front desk about it she moved me to a better smelling room. So after that all was good

It is what it is for the price point. Room was clean. I reserved a king bed, but they put us in a double and was charged the same price as king room. Don't expect much for the "breakfast". It was a couple of muffins cut up into quarters.

Very convenient to downtown Lake Charles. Property has been nicely renovated since the 2020 hurricanes. No frills, but for the price it is a good choice for an overnight stay!

Room smelled amazing. I’d love to know what they clean with. Bed comfy. Ac worked so well even in LA heat I could’ve used another blanket because my husband froze me out lol
