It was clean and well cared for. The pool area was clean and tidy. We were at a convention at the Kalaharri and paid a fraction of what we would have paid if we stayed at the resort, without all the chaos and noise.

Good location for the area near shopping, experiences, and food. Property seemed secure. Room was well equipped (towels etc.). Staff was friendly and informative.

it was pretty nice but half of the prices/amenities weren’t written correctly on the papers they gave us. pretty average but still nice

There are where wads of hair in the room jetted tub. We found a boot under the curtain by a window, room was clearly not cleaned between guests

We loved our stay here! We brought our 2 and 4 year old and they loved the kiddie water play area and couldn’t get enough of the slide. The balls were a nice touch too. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. So close to shopping and dining everything we needed was right there. We would stay here again for sure!

I loved the kids area pool. I brought my two nephews and they loved it. I didn’t have to worry about big kids running them over.

Although our stay was wonderful in every aspect, the one thing i could complain about is that the rooms were not in fact soundproof. We could hear the couple in the room next to us for most of the night, down to their bathtub running. Everything else was perfect.

Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. The breakfast offered variety and the pool was great for our toddlers.
