The location is good for access to many areas of Hot Springs. Being an older resorts, there are some more updating needed. The view is perfect.

Staff are very friendly and helpful Rooms are outdated but nice but clean. The Resort is old but they are in the process of updating the rooms

The location was great. Easy access to Hot Springs and surrounding areas like Lake Ouachita. The place/decor is so out of date. If you don’t mind the 80’s look it’s a really nice spot. Great dock for your boat as well. Staff is nice.

Lovely spring getaway spot - comfortable lodging, friendly front desk staff and the location was ideal for visiting local sites The unit was comfortable & spacious - we enjoyed the peace & quiet and watching the nature in the area

The facility is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and equally helpful. But is not a 5 star stay because the facility is dated. It was clean and not worn out, but to be 5 star it needs to be remodeled. That said because it was clean and the staff was great I would stay again.

Very friendly place, the view of the lake is beautiful. I had side by side condos very clean. Came in the winter so very little company around. Appliances could use an update, definitely need better pillows and mattress was decent. We enjoyed our week with the family.

Had a great time, but the stay was too short, May have to book 2 weeks next time. We had so much fun exploring the area and visiting the different crystal digging spots. Lots of food and retail shops. The Wharf Resort was a nice location on a lake and had different activities. A waterfall and pool, fishing and restaurants were all nearby.

We had a great stay at the resort, the room was clean and beds were comfortable, we were traveling with another couple and they were able to make the 2 beds in the second bedroom into a king bed. very accommodating. very close to downtown.

Loved our location right on the lake. Everyone at the resort were so nice and friendly. So much to do and see in Hot Springs. Hiking, history and eating. Doesn't get much better. Would love to come back again.
