The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay in Havasu was great. We were there for the Balloon Festival and he pulled up info from the internet for us without being asked. Room was very spacious, clean and quiet.

We were put in a handicap accessible room for a 1 night stay. The walls/doors were dirty especially in the bathroom. There were dishes etc so you could stay a week....no disposable cups for drinking in kitchen or athroom. You would have to wash dishes to reuse.
The hotel was rated "Excellent ".
No way....old property that needs remodeling.

A great location for visiting Lake Havasu City with just a 10-15 minute walk to the main London Bridge area, shops, bars and restaurants. We had a clean and spacious suite and a light breakfast was included. The hotel has plenty of parking and was wasy to find.

I appreciated the spa working. And the pool hours were good! And also a free breakfast. Not the greatest, but still something to eat, for free!

Dirty, dirty carpeting! Lack of breakfast food and milk on one morning of our stay. Exterior was being upgraded during our stay. One gentleman had the desire to please the guests, but did not have the same cooperation from other employees

The hotel was clean, and would've been a great place to stay for more than one night. The suite was very roomy and comfortable. Beth checked us in and was very welcoming and friendly!

Didn’t have the include breakfast so no opinion given.

I enjoyed our stay and room worked out perfectly for our family. The only negative was the sofa sleeper. Sofa sleepers generally are not the most comfortable, these were poor quality. They were just ok for small children. Would recommend.

Very roomy, comfortable and the staff was most helpful and very caring. Very large bathroom with a deep soaking tub/shower. Soft large, new looking, snow white towels. This is the best place ive ever stayed. The price was wonderful. We will return
