Absolutely recommend! Staff are incredibly kind, rooms had amazing views (great tea selection!), and frequent shuttle service to ski hill! Additional plus' were jacuzzi bathtub and chocolate Easter bunnies!! Careful of restaurants nearby as there were 2 separate instances of food poisoning...

One of Canada's Great Hotels, this is an epic Landmark. Set on the shores of Lake Louise the is a 5 Star Hotel. People visit year round but Summer is the Best. Weekends of course are busiest and week days are the premium dates of choice. Of course, this is not Hawaii, so adjust your expectations accordingly.

We booked a four day stay here 29 years after our last visit. It was fabulous the first time and better this visit. The grounds and views are stunning with mountain peak and the Bow river views. The staff were attentive, responsive and friendly. The room was clean, well maintained and cozy. We had a new model smart TV that we used on occasion. We found any train noise to be quaint and soothing. There is a great snowshoe trail along the Bow river. Dining options on site ranged from semi formal to bar/pub vibe, and the quality is impressive, irrespective of location. We came as a couple, but this place is clearly a great place for families with kids. I can highly recommend without reservations

Everything at the Post Resort and Spa was done with utmost care and conscientiousness. Starting with the spa where I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff; had the best facial in my life by Addy, who took great care of my skin’s needs which made me feel relaxed and revitalized for days after. We dined in the dining room and Claire, our hostess, was lovely and made sure throughout that everything was fine and it was. The prix fixe four course menu is definitely a must for foodies with Will the sommelier’s excellent wine knowledge and recommendations. We had dinner at the pub one night, had the Smash burger which was delicious, done to perfection and Florence was a joy to be served by. Read reviews that mentioned that the resort was outdated, but to us it was reminiscent of an authentic chalet in the Alps and it was evident that the furnishings were of excellent quality and stood the test of time. The cleanliness and attention to detail overshadowed any “outdatedness” The bed was super comfortable. All the staff are warm, welcoming and constantly making sure everything is going well without being intrusive. This is a gem of a resort, the feeling of staying here was like a family owned resort where emphasis is on your experience, not like a chain hotel where emphasis is on profit.

Great first impressions at the hotel when the porter's greeted us at the doors. The hotel was immaculate inside and out, the staff were all very friendly. Everything about the hotel was exceptional, the spa, the private ice rink, the room was clean and spacious, and the restaurant had beautiful décor. The food was delicious, and there was a wide variety of options allowing us to order from the menu, as well as the buffet. Vincent, the driver was particularly helpful as we were skiing for 5 days and he would run us up to the ski hill. He also helped my sister who was not skiing with lifts up to the Lake. He was was very professionals and informative, helping us plan our ski days around the snow forecast etc. Service was attentive and efficient. We really want to come back. Thank you so much for an amazing trip!!

By circumstance we ended up here. The Fairmont was booked solid. I’m happy that happened. This place should be a first choice for visitors to the area! Lovely ambience, personnel were helpful and welcoming and the food at both of their restaurants was wonderful. The room was comfortable. Quick walk to the village and public bus is a quick ride to Lake Louise. I will come back.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! It has the perfect rustic charm to complement the mountains. The service was absolutely impeccable! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. We had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and both the food and service were fantastic. I had the best facial of my life at their spa and also used their pool, hot tub, and steam room. We visited during a period of very cold weather and our car would not start the morning we had to leave. The hotel staff were so incredibly helpful and worked on our car until it started, which took a few hours. We were so incredibly grateful! It was the perfect weekend getaway to celebration a special occasion and I cannot remember this hotel enough!

Been here a a couple of times before. Service levels are off the charts. We were so well treated. We travel a fair bit and usually stay at 5 star properties. This was the best service we’ve ever received. The spa service was amazing and the food and service at dinner was beyond compare. We stayed at the fairmont here as well and by far this is much better.
