This is our 2nd time staying at the hotel and is a perfect family fit. Location, location, location plus clean , well decorated and beautiful rooms to hangout

WOW!!!! This hotel is incredible!! I loved it! Beautiful view of the lake! Right in the center of town. AWESOME STAFF!!! I loved it! Thank you! This staff is seriously so wonderful

Freshly revovated hotel (former North Woods) now member of the Marriot family. Great look, comfortable beds, clean, great location right in the center of beautiful Lake Placid. The staff was friendly and courteous. Note that there is no self parking, valet service is mandatory and fast. Around 20$ if i remember correctly. I recommend this hotel and would return!

Very nice to stay. Room was lovely except for the lack of hot water when it came time for our showers. And parking is great as long as you get valet parking. Staff were great. Friendly and helpful.

Central location and convenient to dining and shopping on Main Street. Rooms are comfortable but infrastructure is old.
For the price, I would recommend it.

The hotel is located on the main street, but the main entrance is from the parking lot. If there was a parking option, I was offered valet parking for $20
The restaurant closed at 9 o'clock on Sunday. If you are visiting on the weekend, be prepared for this
I really liked the opportunity to have free tea in the lobby
The rooms are large and very clean

Our stay over all was great, we would definitely stay again in the future. The only bad thing was the the loud people on the street and partying in the early morning hours. Which as nothing to do with the hotel.
