I came to this hotel with my family it’s amazing super clean the staff it’s very nice, one thing that I don’t like about is the parking lot you have to pay I think you pay enough money for the hotel room.but I love it.

Bad:
1- Next to train track so don’t expect to sleep well. This train route rumbled, ran throughout the night, screeched, and BLOWING HORN. No sound proof windows!
2- Plenty of parking yet no free parking. $10/night but still Not cool.
3- Bedside electric outlets don’t work.
4- Very slow elevators that rumbled. Felt like it’s on the last leg.
Good:
1- Breakfast included. Fresh waffle maker, fruits, toasts, cereals, sausages, but powdered eggs.
2- Very roomy, good bed, good lighting.

Front desk staff’s behavior was unprofessional. They couldn’t find a room for us until 5:30 pm and even threatened to call the police when we complained

So glad we stayed at the Hyatt! This was a quick trip to Legoland for our sons birthday. We could not have picked a better hotel. Everyone was sweet and accommodating. Debbie and all of the staff went above and beyond. We will be back next yea!

I loved the fast check in. Friendly staff. Our room was big, bed was great. I did not like that we had to pay to park at yhe hotel.

clean, convenient, roomy for a family of 4. Near train track so could be noisy. Beds not the most comfortable. Never heard other guests. Hot breakfast in am lovely. The staff was probably the kindest I have encountered. Eager to assist. It was rainy and cold for our short stay, but the cute pool is heated. Walkable. Fun restaurants with in walking distance. I believe a shuttle will transport to the area.

Great hotel. Only conplaint was the sofa bed mattress needs updated. Felt like you were sleeping on a mat. Other than that, thw place was clean and the breakfast was great.

The room was very nice and big. Liked the extra room with the couch and mini bar area. Shower was nice. Location was centrally located in town.
Qualms: very thin pillows, $10 a night for parking, and no turndown service if only staying for two nights.
