The hotel was very authentic with the old-timey feel of a steamboat. The staff were very welcoming and informative.

Beautiful hotel and facilities! Close to everything! My only complaint was the Tavern closed so early. The hours were until 9 pm yet the hotel was fully booked for a show that ended at 10pm. It would be nice if the hours were extended till midnight. Especially since the pool was opened from 10-midnight for adults only.

It was a beautiful place. And everyone was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Pool area was great. We went for our anniversary weekend and we are already talking about going back next year for it.

We were in Lancaster for a show at the American Music Theater. We chose Steamboat for location, price and ease of booking. We were delighted. Very comfortable. Lots of charm. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good in restaurant and tavern. Would definitely stay again!

A great little hotel for a family getaway. Everything was very clean. The staff was amazingly friendly. The young man at the front desk, Josh, was incredibly friendly and well-spoken. His professionalism was impressive, especially given his youth.
The indoor pool and hot tub areas were very clean and relaxing. The outdoor playground was very fun for my little one.
The cookies in the lobby were always a nice treat when passing by.
I can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I were awoken @ 1:26 am when my granddauther notice bed bugs and snap a few pictures on the bed sheets! In room 138. We reported to Jash an emplyoee at the Fulton Steamboat Hotel. We were moved to a room on the 3rd floor room 307. We could not sleep for the rest of the night. We were very concern! Manager was notified. We have been coming to this hotel for over 10 year. It is now our last stay!

Staff was excellent even checking out at 0445. Helpful with access to ice machine room (Door not coded for my room key)

The property is kept clean and we love the feel of being on an old fashioned steam boat. I would have given 5 stars, but there was a lot of noise from kids on the hallway early in the mornings we were there. Not the hotels fault that parents let their kids play in the hallway, but wish the rooms were more sound proof.

If you're visiting Lancaster, PA, this is a very nice place to stay. It's not too big and has a nice indoor pool and hot tub.
