Hotel lovely Arrived 23.00 hrs from scotland.no food or a drink for you.check on all good.handed a map and off ypu go to find your room. All food very good.good variations from breakfast to evening meal. All drins ok in all inclusive. You can upgrade to premium drinks for 30 euros per person per day.pre book this when you are booking holiday. All staff very friendly. On check out day.check out is 12.00.if you want to extend your room.you can only extend for 2hrs at 45 euros.very expensive if you have a uk flight at night time.you can only get a shower in the afternoon of your checkout day if you pre book this the day before.if you don't book this you don't get a shower. Very poor on behalf of hotel.need to have a bit more facilities for all guests

Absolutely loved our stay here recently. The room was actually an upgraded size which was a lovely surprise. It had great facilities for children- the mini disco was a huge hit for my 3 year old. Lots of Sun loungers available and the mini golf was great. The food was a good variety, the oriental was really nice. I’d like to give a special thank you to Andrea who works in the main restaurant - she was so lovely to myself and my little girl. We had a long first day and with a child who is a picky eater was quite overwhelming. Andrea made me feel so much better and is an absolute credit to you. Thank you for a great stay!

Have just returned from a week at Los Zocos Impressive Lanzerote. I (29) travelled with my mum (62) and daughter (2). Upon arrival we were given a 2 bed apartment despite only booking 1 bed which was a pleasant surprise. Check in advertised in reception to be from 4pm however the room was ready when we arrived around 1pm which was great. We had an issue with our room not locking. I reported this 4 times over the space of a couple of days until it was finally fixed which wasn’t ideal. There’s signs up in the room advising to lock doors etc at night and when going out but ours did not lock and there seemed to be no urgency to get someone out to fix it. Also the safes in the room came at a charge of 10€ deposit + 3€ per day which seemed steep as I’ve not had to pay for safes in other 4* hotels. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced as and when requested. overall fairly clean and always smelt nice when returning from the day but I would recommend packing a pair of socks or slippers as the floors were filthy by the end of the week and I’m not sure they were cleaned properly during the stay. Pool area was great, especially if you have kids as not too deep. We did have to join the brigade of people putting towels out in the morning to secure a spot by the toddler pool as if you can’t beat them… join them. Even out of season, sun beds were being reserved before sunrise despite pool not opening until 10am. Often people securing sunbeds and not showing up until gone mid day which was annoying especially as not many beds by toddler pool. Would have been good for pool to be open earlier, even 9am would be better and staff removing towels before this time. Pools were VERY cold though and on the windy days made it too cold to sit around after getting out. Rooms were noisy, we were on the ground floor and late at night sounded like people rearranging furniture or walking around in heels above us. So loud that it even woke me multiple times each night. Lovely sized terrace though which overlooked pool area. Full sized fridge, kettle, hob and storage for food which is great when travelling as a family. Location was perfect, close to beach and shops. Close to bus stop if wanting to venture out further. HOWEVER… We only ate in the main buffet style restaurant as we had a 2 year old with us. Unfortunately the food was poor at best. Not as much choice as other 4* I’ve stayed in and to be honest what was there wasn’t great. I wouldn’t class myself as fussy in the slightest but I struggled finding something that looked appetising to eat. Even when going in as soon as restaurant opened at 6:15, the food was luke warm. I’m surprised the seafood paella that had been left warm over a lamp hadn’t made someone ill. Deserts were underwhelming with limited choice and no flavour. Even the fresh fruit options were just melon or grape. The odd night there was some papaya which was nice. The cocktails in the all inclusive were from a machine so just a mixtur

Another amazing stay at Los Zocos, our 3rd stay and won’t be our last. We stayed with premium this time as no children with us and what a brilliant experience. From the extra special goodies in the room, to the branded drinks in the main bar to the experience of the Plaza bar, it was all perfect. Special mentions to Mark and Adam in the Aqua marina bar, and to Melani, Mohammad and the excellent chef (sorry we didn’t get your name) at the plaza bar, you all made our holiday even more special! Check in was quick with friendly staff, good little welcome pack and map. Room 2333 was lovely with a huge balcony! Housekeeping did a great job and most days we had 1 small bottle of water and a couple of chocolates left. Lots of food choice everyday in the Buffett, boulevard and plaza bar. The entertainment team did a fab job at keeping everyone busy, and although we didn’t take part we could see how well liked they all were, especially Leo, Paddy and Johan (who’s back flips are brilliant) Can’t wait to come back, see you soon los Zocos!

What a fantastic family holiday we have had yet again,while staying in Los Zocos in the beautiful Costa Teguise. This has been our 4th visit over the years with our children who love this hotel since they were small. Los zocos is such a fantastic family friendly hotel, the animation team deserve so much credit as they work so hard. Shout out to Paddy who spoke so kindly to our daughter. We dont use the mini club - as we just choose to spend our time together but our children have always taken part in the mini discos over the years, have made lovely friends and have grown up with Zoki! My little girl is almost 6 and she brings her zoki teddy ( which was once our sons ) back every year that we return. The teddy is 9 years old this year . We had a lovely suprise this year as zoki had a few new songs and dances as well as the classic ones! Was lovely for a change up! My eldest son turned 12 this year during our holiday and he had the most fantastic birthday, he particularly likes the pools- although cold at first we all get used to it..very refreshing after awhile.. we play with balls with the children and enjoy the aqua aerobics and music in the main busier pool.. it is so much fun! My son also loves the pool tables, air hockey and arcade ( have lots of €1 coins at the ready! ) We dont take part in the clubs so cant comment only that there seems to be loads for children young and older to do and take part in if they wish. I have to praise the cleaners who continuously work so hard. We have stayed in every block at some point and the rooms are spotless. Whenever we meet the cleaners they are so kind and even popped in on my sons birthday with extra bottles of coke and choclates for us as they had seen our birthday balloons in the room. We gladly shared some cake with them . Fresh towels and bedding changed everyday. This year we chose to stay in a 2 bedroom suite as we had previously gone with the junior suite. This was a very spacious ground floor appartment 2 big bedrooms lots of wardrobe space. Slightly more dated i feel than previous rooms, prob due to more larger families staying in that room. Clean, but a little scuffed around the edges. This particular room was a little noisy at night as everyone makes their way back to their rooms, going up the steps beside us, and a bit of drainage noise from showers and toilets - but not enough to complain about we all slept so well and it wasn't an issue for us, but may be for some. I think we would choose a junior suite again in future as we missed the balcony and pool view. Plenty of room in a junior suite for 4 of us. The ease of access on the ground floor and how close we were to the busier pool was great. I also love the washing machine facilities that were close by - handy to have if you need it. Our white trainers got destroyed in red dust on the buggy adventure ( amazing experience with the kids..fantastic day out! ) and we just popped them in the wash & they were perfect again for trav

Good family catered hotel Rooms bit basic but we only tend to be in them to sleep. Entertainment and kids club was well put together, my daughter went to the club multiple times in one day. Good selection of food and themed evenings, show cooking can also eat outside should you wish too. The hotel wasn't overly busy as it was the week before Xmas we stayed, it was decorated nice, it was a great break aimed more for the children this trip. There is a shopping centre a stones throw away which you can walk through and your then on the beachfront with numerous restaurants, bars and even santa!! We hired electric scooters and mobility scooter and went off along the promenade for a nose about.
