The staff are overall friendly and helpful.
We are able to try the local food which is within walking distance from the hotel, nice 😋 . Just next to the hotel, we can get items from the hypermarket.
Just a bit disappointed with the nearby beach, having to walk for 15 mins, as both ends are currently blocked due to construction.

Receptionists are accomodating. We check out late because our flight is late evening & they helped us to arrange to extend our stay. Room is clean. Near to grocery store, walking distance only.

The room is good and spacious . The location is great near convenience store ,fastfoods and restaurants.It is located at MACTAN NEWTOWN.The staff are nice and accomodating.But Im a bit disappointed of the amenities .The pool is under maintenance...This is like a condotel.

Really Bad.
Cockroaches in the room. Lobby and walkway aircon not working.
Only has 2 lift and 1 isnt working.
Customer Service lady insisted on checking in Only at 2pm despite of the room being ready.
Ask me for 200 pesos if i want a "early check in" at 1pm.
Unbeliveable servicing.

Great place for a family to unwind. There are a lot of shops nearby to get food and other essentials. We had a great stay though the bathroom needs some fixing to drain water more efficiently. The swimming pool is huge. Overall, the place is good.

room was very clean(met no bugs there), staffs were friendly. swimming pool was also nice, and the Newtown area has everything tourist needs(supermarket, cafe, restaurant, pharmacy etc)
