Lied about there not being a bathroom in lobby. Microwave was not working and was told it would be swapped out in the morning but no one went to look at it. Breakfast was limited to coffee and waffle only no fruits, bread/pastries or yogurt. I will not stay here again.

Very poor hotel, TV was broken, toilet seat was broken, it pinched my butt when i sat down, toilet tank was leaking they had a cup to hold the water from spilling to the floor, nats were all over the room. Curtain was stained and had holes. I wish i had taken photos. Room 117.

Room smelled like old cigarettes and urine. Property was difficult to get into. Thankful I only needed to stay there 1 night or I would have went somewhere else.

Good resting place, breakfast could need QC check food not warm. One person on staff 3 negative conversations to not make me feel not welcomed

There was a $100 deposit for anyone from Laredo, TX. Completely disappointed in the service.

Gentleman at registration was very helpful and courteous. Thank you for making it a good experience on our difficult time . Stayed for one night.

It was ok for the cheap price but didn’t have enough towels and when the toilet paper finished they said they didn’t have anymore.

Old and worn out. It was recently remodeled, but whoever did the remodel did a very poor job at it.
The only remodeling they did was adding the cheap laminate and windows to the rooms. Aside from that, the door knobs, doors, hinges, lighting switches, the furniture, fixtures, even the hair dryer must have been at least 20 years old.
The internet was painfully slow, one router for the whole property, if it was even up.
In its defense the only thing I can say is that EVERY HOTEL in this stretch of I-35 with the exception of the Courtyard or Fairfield by Marriott are OLD and the best you can hope for is that they're clean.
The owners of these dingy hotels know they're always going to have customers no matter what, that's why they don't have any incentive to do better. And by better I mean some of these hotels need to be razed and built new again.

This place used to be a very nice one. Now, everything is falling apart and dirty. The internet connection is horrible (could not connect at all). Customer service (night attendant) was not helpful either. All this was the reason we did not stay there the rest of our trip to Laredo.
