I recently had the pleasure of staying at an amazing hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep, and the amenities offered in the bathroom were top-notch.. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable and luxurious stay.The room itself was a haven of comfort and sophistication, with plush bedding, a spacious bathroom, and modern technology at my fingertips. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the immaculate cleanliness to the thoughtful amenities provided.

I saw people hanging out in lobby that didn’t stay there n I didn’t feel safe but that hotel is the closest to my family events

There was no control for the Tv in my room, also there really wasn’t a blanket just a thin mattress topper

Room had a roach and bath tub faucet had issues. People next room over were loud from 1:30am-3:30am and when trying to call front desk phone I. Room does not work. Room was clean/staff was nice. No problem staying here again.

The hotel had limited breakfast options and the room was ok but could be better with cleanliness.

Normally in Laredo, it’s hard to find clean hotels. This hotel impressed me. The staff was friendly helpful and down right amazing. We stayed here for 3 full weeks and they asked how we were doing and if we needed anything every single day. I will definitely come back and stay here again. Keep up the good work and hopefully you all will become the best place to stay at.

Place was clean and comfortable, but there’s a slight smell of sewer as soon as you walk in the building. It’s not as bad in the room, but I could still smell it. Staff were courteous, but communication was minimal.
