I can't even remember such a terrible hotel and attitude towards customers. I booked a hotel through an aggregator with prepayment for 5 days, was taken in by the photos and 4 stars in the presentation, in reality everything turned out to be a dud and a deception, the hotel does not even pull 3 *! Some photos were not from this hotel at all, others were clearly taken at the opening 20 years ago. The rooms and corridors are dirty, everything is stained, a persistent smoky smell both in the room and in the hotel, outside the window all night hummed as it turned out a large power station and trains passed. The room was terribly cold, the air conditioner did not turn on for heating. Having stayed in the hotel until the morning, not really getting enough sleep, surprised also by the "wonderful" breakfast in wild frustration decided to move to another hotel, but at the reception I and the aggregator were denied a change in the booking and a refund of my funds. I still checked out of the hotel, I will return the money through the court.

Hotel is very old but close to the premium outlet mall. Secured parking was excluded. Air con was extremely noisy and it’s like a huge engine inside our room. The breakfast was blah but there was not many choices during the Euro Cup period.

Esta un poco alejado de Madrid pero para nosotros esta perfecto y ademas al disponer de garaje nos solucino la dificultad que hay en la zona para poder aparcar, Todo correcto

라스 마타스는 조용하고 한적한 마을 입니다. 안전한 주차장이 있어서 좋아요. 주차장은 6.5유로/하루 입나다. 기치역이 근처에 있어서 시내 다니기도 좋습니다.

本來以為是個鄉村二線城市酒店，攜程上的酒店照片看起來土土的風格，一進去大堂很時尚，天花板很高，牆上用各種語言寫了你好，歡迎和再見作為裝飾，
房間很寬敞舒適，桌子很寬適插座位置合適，適合商務出行的臨時辦公需求
注意一般歐洲的酒店都沒有提供梳子，拖鞋，牙膏牙刷。問前台的話可以免費提供一次性的牙膏牙刷，但是沒有拖鞋
早餐選擇多，水果豐富，有鮮榨果汁，咖啡機上可以選擇各種熱飲咖啡等
